Reception was welcoming and helpful, but housekeeping was not. Don’t ask for anything extra (towels, pillows, coffee etc.) or you'll get a flat “NO” and a bad attitude. Rooms are small with tiny windows but nicely appointed, and clean. Great location next to the train station for exploring the town of Trang and its history and local markets.

Very, very expensive for this hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. Bed covers were ripped, bathroom shower had mould, the door frames were rotted away. Very dated and old. Beds were not that comfortable either. Room was very poor. It is not good value for money. I paid ฿2,000 per night, and it’s probably worth ฿700 per night maximum. Not impressed at all.

ดีค่ะ ห้องสะอาด น้ำแรงดีค่ะ แต่วันที่ไปแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น ปรับ15 ยังไม่เย็นฉ่ำ น่าจะไม่ได้ล้างแอร์ค่ะ ใกล้ถนนใหญ่ เดินทางสะดวกค่ะ มีอาหารเช้าให้ ข้าวต้ม และ ชุดอาหารเช้า ชากาแฟ ขนมไทย ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางดีค่ะ แต่ไม่มีหลังคา ห้องพักตรงปกค่ะ
