Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konumu harika her yere yakın. Odalar temizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otel güzel insanlar güler yüzlü çalışanlar hoş ama otel yatakları fena değildi oda hizmetleri güzel her dakika oda servisi var . Not bad guys rent it

Ailemle sehayat için burda konakladık .Hekim olarak önemli kriterlerimi karşıladı.(Temizlik,hijyen vs) En çok dikkatimi çeken ise otelin çalışanlarinin fazla ilgili olmasiydi.Tesekkurler.Memnun kalmalari icin dört döndüler.Ayrica bir aile oteli olmasi da avantajdi.Guvenli bir şekilde aile ile konaklanabilir.Kahvalti da ***et yeterli ve yerindeydi iyiydi.

Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and had a sea view. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was there was a big step up to the bathroom and the shower was not the best. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Very old and not well cleaned, rooms very small , bathroom terrible. I cancel my stay after 2 hours. The room is just fit the bed , the bathroom smells. Terrible experience, not recommended for anyone. Photos is old , everything now is different

We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice.

Aksular hotel is highly recommended , with its lovely staff,highly responsive housekeeping, delicious breakfast and surly their generous reception staff Restaurant Breakfast has various choices and suits almost all guests Despite different nationalities, fresh and well prepared . It has really a good location and attractive restaurant view. Unfortunately we can hear other rooms’ sounds .. In general it was a good choice for our staying at Trabzon .

The location is good, breakfast is acceptable but it’s the same every day. Employees are all very nice and helpful, from cleaning ladies to restaurant staff to reception. The rooms are small and lack basics, the shower does not have a door so water leaks everywhere and the bathroom is really small.

Mayıs 2024 tarihinde 1 akşam konakladım. Otel hiç kalabalık değildi. Resepsiyona özellikle sigara içilmeyen oda istediğimi belirttim. Tamam dediler. Odaya çıktığımda çok kötü sigara kokuyordu. Resepsiyona sorduğumda tüm odalarda sigara içildiğini hepsinin aynı olduğu söylediler. Ayrıca televizyonda Türkçe ve İngilizce olmak üzere sadece 4 tane kanal geri kalan tüm kanalların Arapça olduğunu söylediğimde başka bir odaya geçin dediler. Öncelikle iki odada çok deforme olmuş. Odaların ikisi de çok eski bir bina ve otoparka bakıyor. Eşyaların bir kısmı kırık ve çatlak. Yatak ötüleri lekeli. Çarşaflar temiz ama delik. Havlular yine iplikleri çıkmış ve eski. Tuvaletide kirli idi. Otele akşam 23.00 de girdim. Sabah 06.00 da çıkmam gerekiyordu. Bundan dolayı mecburen kaldım. Yoksa değiştirirdim. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
