Nice choice for travelers seeking both mountain and city views. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks and urban landscape. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful… And there is an old traditional cafe called Koru Cafe Boztepe, just 1 min from the hotel that serves a nice Turkish tea in a pot and yummy gozleme with a beautiful sunset view …

Ho trascorso quasi una settimana a Trabzon in questo hotel. Il personale non poteva essere più bello o più utile. E il buffet di colazione era incredibile. Questa è stata la mia prima fermata in Turchia come una sola donna che viaggia e apprezzo quanto mi sia sentito bene.

Trabzon VIP, separatamente, inganna i turisti per soldi. Usa un sistema fraudolente attraverso la prenotazione e inganna le persone. Rifiuta la liquidazione e non restituisce i soldi. Fornisce blackmail e estorsione. Richiede foto di carte di credito su entrambi i lati. Il personale è costantemente lieto. ЛЛетаюHotel di appartamento eccellente. Lava tutto. Due camere, buona vista. Guardare la città è stato abbastanza giorno. Ci è Meydan (piazza principale) che si muove facilmente al mercato e Forum (grande centro commerciale). Su Meidan i dollari sono cambiati al tasso migliore del funzionario, ci sono grandi scambiatori vicino McDonalds.
La vista dalla finestra è eccellente, gli uccelli cantano. Chi ha bisogno di cucinare, c'è un sacco di tutto per questo. Il WiFi è abbastanza veloce, mostrato al momento nella mia stanza circa 60mbit/s

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is the usual budget hotel. Cleanliness, decoration, air-condition and comfort in rooms were all good. Breakfast was average. It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.
