Hotel in zona Hayati Türe, Trebisonda

لقد اقمت في هذا الفندق خلال فترة العيد انا والعائلة وللاسف تمت سرقتنا (مبلغ مالي) في اخر يوم اقامة لنا في الفندق اثناء تواجدنا في الافطار . حيث قامت مسؤولة النظافة التي لديها بطاقت دخول ماستر لكل الغرف بالدخول الى الغرفة 3 مرات في خلال دقيقتين الى الغرفة وسرقة المال . طبعا هذا ما اظهرته كمرات المراقبة ورايته بنفسي مع العلم انه في يوم الخروج من الفندق لا يوجد تنظيف للغرفة . تم استدعاء الشرطة ولكن للاسف لم نستفيد على الرغم من وجود دليل يظهر كل شيء وبحجة انه تحتاج الى الذهاب الى مركز لشرطة لتقديم شكوى والمترجم الخاص للشرطة نصحا بعدم الذهاب ما رح نستفيد قال لنا وبعوضكوا ربنا .. انصح الجميع وخصوصا انا معظم نزلاء الفندق هم من العرب بالحذر وعدم ترك شيء بالغرف وخصوصا ان السارق هيه مسؤولة التنظيف والتي لديها بطاقة دخول لكل الغرف للاسف .

الفندق حلو ونظيف والبوفيه جدآ لذيذ والأجمل الموظفه بشرى جدآ راقيه في التعامل ومن تركيا وبتتكلم لغه عربيه . The hotel is nice and clean, the buffet is very tasty, and the most beautiful employee is Bushra, who is very elegant in dealing and from Turkey and speaks Arabic.

Ho una prenotazione con mia moglie e mia figlia Ho una prenotazione con mia moglie e mia figlia per 3 notti a Ramada tarabzon quando abbiamo ricevuto la stanza ci sorprese che la stanza era con 3 letti singoli abbiamo contattato la reception per cambiare in una stanza con un Il giorno dopo siamo stati sconvolti dall' hotel mangiatore Mr Amen che era estremamente rude e che non avevano nulla a disposizione, ma che domani faranno un accordo per trasferire nella stanza riservata . dichiarato che hanno le camere doppie nell' hotel più ha detto che tutte le camere dell' hotel sono letti singoli e non ci sono letti doppi , e ha detto che l' unico modo per fornire un letto doppio combinando 2 letti singoli , non siamo stati soddisfatti della risposta ma siamo andati con lui perché abbiamo iniziato il giorno con un tour programmato e non potevamo aspettare molto più a lungo e quando siamo tornati di notte, purtroppo, nulla è cambiato, non siamo soddisfatti della situazione e non siamo soddisfatti la nostra esperienza con ramada perché non siamo abituati a questo tipo di trattamento da ramada

I stayed there for 3 nights in August 2022. I'll start with the good things: The rooms and the bathrooms are clean, the air conditioning is excellent (which is not the case in other Turkish hotels), the breakfast is excellent. The lobby is good with different sets of seats. The staff are very friendly. The bad things: The hotel is 10 min far from the center of the city by car so you have to take a taxi which costs almost $7 with low traffic, if there is heavy traffic the cost goes up quickly. At night, due to huge number of tourists, you may not find taxis to take you back! If you decided to use public transportation, be careful, because the hotel lies in a steep slope, so you have to go up the hill to reach the highway which needs excellent knees and a fit body, and of course the opposite when you come back, you have to go down a steep hill which is slippery if it was raining (which happens very often in summer))! Lighting of the corridors connecting the rooms are very low and also the rooms lighting are dim, so if a lady wants to wear a makeup, that will be a difficult job specially if it is eyeliner!! A strange thing in the bathroom is that as if the designer forgot that when people want to shower they'll take off their clothes! because there is no place or hanger to put your clothes on in the bathroom. Also, since the hotel is considered a beach front one, this means people will swim and come back with their wet swim suits, again, there is no place to hang them to dry, not in the bathroom, nor in the balcony nor in the room, not even a plastic or metallic chair or an edge of a tub or a string in the shower box....nothing!

Trabzon VIP, separatamente, inganna i turisti per soldi. Usa un sistema fraudolente attraverso la prenotazione e inganna le persone. Rifiuta la liquidazione e non restituisce i soldi. Fornisce blackmail e estorsione. Richiede foto di carte di credito su entrambi i lati. Il personale è costantemente lieto. E'un peccato che le recensioni video non abbiano mai visto questo hotel prima . In nessun caso si può sistemare qui . Molte recensioni positive sull'hotel non sono reali o non sono più pertinenti.

La posizione vicino alla stazione di bus, sia che si metta in autobus al centro della città, sia in autobus a lunga distanza per altre città, è molto conveniente.10-15 minuti, il passo può arrivare a grandi centri commerciali. L'hotel ha  ascensore, le strutture sono pulite e la stanza ha abbastanza spazio per mettere due valigie.Il manager Zafar è molto gentile e attiva per fornire assistenza. Il giorno in cui ci siamo fermati in mattinata, hanno cercato di organizzare la stanza e portarci al ristorante per riposare. La mancanza di American China è che l'hotel è situato nel centro dell'intero parcheggio.  Nel centro del centro di traffico occupato. Se è auto-auto  è probabile che incontri un blocco.  È necessario prestare attenzione anche all'uscita dal parcheggio.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e ha una bella posizione e una vista molto bella. Se stai cercando di rimanere in un posto a trabzon, questo è il posto giusto per rimanere.Grazie speciali al signor Gökhan per la sua calda salute e ospite
