Aselia Hotel Trabzon

Yusra Apart Otel

"My husband and I are travelers, we arrived after a long journey from another country, tired and hungry, but they refused to check us in, since it turns out that the hotel owner's conditions require a marriage certificate (which we did not have, since we were traveling from another country and do not carry such documents with us). The hotel employee did not believe us, we called the owner, he refused to communicate with us. As a result, they refused to check us in and also refused to cancel our reservation and return the money for failure to provide services. We strongly do not recommend this hotel. Do not waste your nerves. This is the first time we have seen this, although we have traveled around Turkey many times. We had to look for new housing on the spot. A terrible impression of the hotel, its employees and the owner. Contact information and a photo of the hotel are attached."
