The hotel is a bit dated. And the bathroom is moldy. They provide shuttle bus to town tho.

The staff were helpful and friendly, although the do not speak much English. The cleanliness of room was good except that the cupboard doors and walls are quite stained and old. The shuttle service was very good with nice drivers. Facilities and amenities were very exclusive and good. So was the breakfast! Wish we had more time to explore their facilities. Overall a wonderful experience

員工親切, 環境優美，食物質素高

雖然銀花酒店位處較遠，但正因為這樣，環境很清幽，酒店房間和浴場都對著河流，讓人心礦神怡。員工們都超級友善親切，由扺達酒店開始，住客就得到賓至如歸的感覺。我們住了三日兩夜，很享受今次的住宿。酒店本身也很照顧客人，即使check out 當天，他們還是會不厭其煩地收拾房間，讓住客臨走時仍有一個舒適的地方休息。若我再來城崎，應該會再在這酒店住宿。值得推薦 ！

有接送車輛到車站， 酒店環境舒適，以及本身設有溫泉。浴室設計與溫泉環境十分相似， 而且能夠一邊浸浴一般觀看河邊景色。

今次來到城崎住左兩間酒店其中一間是金卡酒店，雖然離市中心有十分鐘車程，因為自架遊就無所謂，因為好喜歡酒店房間面對海境，房間還有個對住海景的浴缸，好寫意，酒店內有兩個私湯，可預約時間享受，最重要的是酒店服務員很有禮貌，還很幫忙，，晚上還有酒店的車接送我們去城崎市中心晚餐，雖然我們有車，因晚上想渴酒所以也選擇了坐酒店的車，司機也很有禮貌，晚餐後還到餐廳門口接我們回酒店，服務貼心，會再來，值得進介

非常好的體驗，服務非常好，早餐很棒，房間舒適寬敞，榻榻米很舒服。會再來。

酒店晚餐挺好

Mi piace Kyoritsu Resort e uso spesso altre strutture. Il biglietto che è stato rilasciato l'anno scorso stava per scadere, quindi l'ho usato. La stanza era la prima stanza d'estremità del vento staccato al primo piano. La stanza è spaziosa, ma trattandosi di un vecchio edificio, ci sono pochi punti vendita e caricare i cellulari non è conveniente. Mi chiedo se il cibo sia inferiore agli altri Kyoritsu. Non c'è un prossimo utilizzo.

Amazing staff and service everyone was so nice. Amazing hospitality. We loved everyone and everything about this place. The rooms are very nice and super clean and big apartments. The town is amazing with great food options and things to try. But honestly what made this place shine was the people. Hot springs are very nice especially out door one sitting while you see the river in front of you. For sure will book again for this experience if I am in Japan next time.

Along the river side very beautiful river view . Staff with kimono dress felt very traditional style we like it . While we leaving the staff sending us off till the car lost sight . Over all we like it very much

A very nice onsen hotel. Traditional Japanese rooms and fabulous meals. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle service to the train station, which was most appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel.
