This recently renovated vacation home is located a 5-minute walk from Lake Toya and 25 miles from Muroran. The vacation home provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking, and free Wifi.
The units provide views of the lake and come with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with slippers and a hair dryer. "小木屋完全超出期待值，好評一定要給。拍照拍不出木屋裡麪的好，設施設備方面都是高檔型標準的。看得出裝修花了不少心思的費用。
這裏滿足了對森林小木屋的所有期待，窗外的洞爺湖景色更加絕絕子。浴室外面的景，覺得勝於90%私湯。周邊景色也是隨手一張都非常美。完全不需要p圖。

經營聽説是兩夫妻，年紀稍大。估計運營做的不好，不然絕對妥妥的網紅店。

"The owner was very friendly. He bought us welcome gifts. He even informed us about the weather around the area. The scenery was fantastic as well, as you are greeted by lake toya the minute you step out of the house.
Overall it was a great experience and the owner was very hospitable and friendly, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone interested in visiting lake toya or Niseko."

UUtente ospiteA view like no other by the beautiful lake. From the greeting at the start, a welcome drink and snack, we were well looked after. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety. The chef rings a bell with every new serve! The nightly fireworks were stunning to view from the comfort of our hotel room. It was easy to access the rest of the lake area where we stayed. The second parking lot is easy to access with a shuttle bus. With yukata to wear and a lovely onsen space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only small thing was a tissue and tooth pick that had been missed that was under the bed but alerted the reception and they apologised and sent someone to clean it straight away. Highly recommend you enjoy the lake side views, the dragon footbath and hiring the swan motorised boat to enjoy the lake!

Ci hanno mandato presto dei dipendenti per prenderci.Ci hanno mandato a vedere il fuoco del lago di Caverna la sera, molto bene. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto gentili.Abbiamo prenotato la cena e la colazione giapponese, molto delicata e deliziosa.L'hotel ha spazio comune, si può sedersi per godere di bevande (alcol/caffè/caffè) guardando il lago. Ci sono molti giochi da tavolo da prendere in prestito, ci sono centri di gioco e tavolo.La stanza è molto grande e molto pulita. Ci sono piccoli punti di cucina e bevande nella stanza, anche utensili e scatole di caffè come il tavolo da caffè possono fare una tazza di mano quando si riposa.Preferito per il ventilatore privato nella stanza.In generale, mi sento molto bene.Ci sarà una possibilità di tornare.

LLoner TravellerThe view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

WWee LoonBest stay in my Hokkaido trip! I am glad that that I made the decision to switch from staying at Noboribetsu to Toya Lake, and chose this hotel! Everything was great, from service to amazing onsens (both of them at L8 with amazing calm view, and at L1 with Japanese garden view), to the location of the hotel right in front of the lake looking at the majestic Mount Yotei! The dinner and breakfast spreads were fantastic! For the price you pay that includes the dinner and breakfast, and the best location looking at the lake and the mountain, it will be the best decision you make for your trip!

WwanwonderCocoa is quite centrally located, and driving is recommended. Although there is no public bath, our bathroom has a jacuzzi, and bath salt is provided. I really enjoyed the relaxing soak after driving the whole day.
There are no meals on site, but there are vending machines that sell pre-packed food and drinks. There is a lounge area on the 2nd floor offering coffee, hot water, microwave, and seating.
The room and bathroom windows offer views of Lake Toya. You can see the sunrise and the entire lake covered by low clouds in the morning. So beautiful!
The laundry room has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The dryer was so filthy that I had to get rid of the thick layer of lint in the filter, which was full, before using the machine.

JJoedyHotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal where the bus from Toya Station stops at. The room is huge and spacious, and there is a clear view of Lake Toya from the room. Room is clean, but it is a smoking room so if you cannot take the smell, you can always open the windows to air the room. Nevertheless, the room is clean and there is a hot bath at the basement of the hotel that you can enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The only regret I have is only staying a day at the hotel. Will consider staying multiple days the next time. Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers who wants to stay around Lake Toya without breaking the bank!

The public bath for male and for female is located at the top most area and the outdoor bath at one of them is open sky type.
The buffet spread at the level 2 restaurant is sumptuous with Japanese and western food. For leisure, one can rent the motorised ducky boat for a 20/30 min ride round the lake. But the key attraction is the nightly firework display at Lake Toya at 8.45pm to 9.05 pm. The boat firing off the fireworks starts from left and end on the right of the waterfront. Just find a spot anywhere along the lakefront walk and enjoy the show.
The hotel also has a bingo game session at 8pm nightly. Bingo! and you get to win a prize of Japanese snacks.
Overall a nice hotel to stay.

Uno meno ... Come molti hotel più vecchi in Giappone, i mattoni sono polverosi. Mi ha scatenato la sniffazione e di solito non sono allergico con polvere!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è la migliore che a soli un minuto a piedi dal terminale di autobus alla stazione Toya e davanti alla piattaforma di traghetto. Vedere la mia foto. Posizione perfetta. Lady del ricevimento del desk front was friendly. Sono stato posto a una vista sul lago in una stanza di stile giapponese. Non include doccia, ma bagno nella stanza e sembra vecchio, ma mi piace la stanza. La vista dalla finestra della stanza fino al lago Toya era eccellente. Amo la finestra della mia stanza può essere aperta, potrei vedere più chiaro alla vista del lago e avere aria fresca dall'esterno aprendo la finestra. Anche era un giorno di pioggia, nuvoloso e freddo. La vista è ancora senza spot. Il servizio era buono. La stanza era pulita, temperata e con tutte le necessità, ma non c'era bagno/duche, ma, sulla base del prezzo, ero felice di questo perché non mi importava di usare il bagno nella zona del canestro sul piano uno. Ho trovato solo due lati: primo, il piano di superficie del manico era timido e slipperato con la mosca (la mia mano sinistra l'ha toccata accidentalmente e la mia mano era timida con la mosca nel campo del manico), che comprende la zona interna e quella esterna. Vorrei che si sforzassero di migliorare la pulizia del nostro territorio; in secondo luogo, la suana non era disponibile per il cliente. Tuttavia, ho avuto una fantastica sauna e un'onzen a 万世 (un hotel a pochi minuti a piedi da Toya Grand Hotel) per un'onzen fee (1300 yen) per non residenti. Quindi non mi ha colpito molto.

UUtente ospite第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！
