Towson: i migliori hotel con palestra

We were delighted with our stay at the Sheraton Baltimore North. The front desk management and staff, and other hotel crew were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and requests. They went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met at check-in and during the stay with restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc. We enjoyed our lovely, well appointed room on the Club Level including the Club privileges. The hotel location is fantastic with easy access to major highways/roads, and convenience with the Mall and other shops/restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and absolutely will return again soon. Thank you!

Ho prenotato una notte per affari e ho trovato la stanza pulita e ben preparata, ho prenotato altre tre notti e poi ho aggiunto una prenotazione di 2 notti per la mia famiglia. Tangi è stato estremamente utile con la nostra prenotazione e ha fatto alcuni aggiustamenti richiesti per assicurare la mia famiglia e io potrei essere vicino l'uno all'altro. La ringrazio sul livello di servizio al cliente che ha fornito. Sono ansioso di vedere il mio prossimo viaggio in questo hotel.

It was my first time and the service was ok , could have been better. They gave us a key to someone else room when i checked in. The directions to the room could be displayed better.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

valet era grande passi erano sorprendenti e servizio generale e esperienza è un 10/10. molto utile e gioioso quando hai un giorno brutto. servizio in camera mantenuto la camera molto pulita e servizi di desktop erano fino a par e molto utile e veloce con le cose che tu hai need .
