valet era grande passi erano sorprendenti e servizio generale e esperienza è un 10/10. molto utile e gioioso quando hai un giorno brutto. servizio in camera mantenuto la camera molto pulita e servizi di desktop erano fino a par e molto utile e veloce con le cose che tu hai need .

We were delighted with our stay at the Sheraton Baltimore North. The front desk management and staff, and other hotel crew were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and requests. They went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met at check-in and during the stay with restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc. We enjoyed our lovely, well appointed room on the Club Level including the Club privileges. The hotel location is fantastic with easy access to major highways/roads, and convenience with the Mall and other shops/restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and absolutely will return again soon. Thank you!

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Ho prenotato una notte per affari e ho trovato la stanza pulita e ben preparata, ho prenotato altre tre notti e poi ho aggiunto una prenotazione di 2 notti per la mia famiglia. Tangi è stato estremamente utile con la nostra prenotazione e ha fatto alcuni aggiustamenti richiesti per assicurare la mia famiglia e io potrei essere vicino l'uno all'altro. La ringrazio sul livello di servizio al cliente che ha fornito. Sono ansioso di vedere il mio prossimo viaggio in questo hotel.

Era la mia prima volta e il servizio era buono, poteva essere meglio.Ci hanno dato una chiave a qualcun altro quando sono entrato. Le direzioni verso la stanza potevano essere mostrate meglio.

La stanza era molto pulita. La stanza aveva TV, microonde, frigo, caffè e WiFi. Perfettamente adatto per una o due notti, ma non c'era nessuna rack per la valigia, quindi l'ho solo messo sul pavimento. , Non c'era un fiammifero. (Mi dicono che i capelli sono stati rubati) Non c'erano racche di asciugamani nella vasca che pensavo fosse insolito; le asciugamani erano piegate su un foglio sotto il bacino; c'era un gancio dietro la porta della vasca, e tutto ciò era un buon soggiorno. E io andrei di nuovo lì.La colazione era fantastica!Amava fare waffle!

Please read reviews before considering this awful place. Very big scam and pictures are not acurate. i booked through and paid through *******. There was no lobby open, just a small space with thick glass that smelled of pot. They took my license and came back and said they had no rooms. I already paid, he said i would have to pay 18 upgrade for a different room. i demanded a refund or my room he would not, I argued with him for a long time, he would not even look at me, the two customers behind me booked 3rd party, however he had a room for them. The one customer came back and said he gave him keys to a womans room and she was getting dressed. I couldnt stand the pot smell and feared for my safety I found another very nice hotel. ******* would not refund my money because the attendent said he told me to come back in 2 hours. I believe it was definitely Gods intervention. I may have lost my 78 dollars, but would've rather slept in my car. Attentdant was mad and lied about not having my room because he wanted more money. However, he didnt try to scam the man 2 behind me that booking through a different third party, same room. I usually do not leave reviews but, PLEASE DONT LET THIS BE YOU

Come persona che apprezza il discernimento quando si tratta di scegliere alloggi, ero inizialmente esitante a prenotare un soggiorno all'Hotel Delta da Marriott Baltimore, soprattutto considerato le recensioni miste e un po' isolato in una zona di giardino. Ma mi sorprendeva piacevolmente la mia esperienza. Quando arrivai, Keith era benvenuto e efficiente. La suite che ho soggiornato non solo era pulita ma anche notevolmente spaziale. La comodità e la pulizia delle camere superavano le mie aspettative. Un aspetto che mi ha colpito in particolare è stato il prezzo ragionevole, che includeva parcheggio gratuito. In generale, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Delta di Marriott Baltimore è stato positivo. Dalle cortese staff alle spaziose camere e alle comode strutture, è stata una piacevole sorpresa e una grande scelta per il mio viaggio.

The chain hotels are usually just that, nothing special but just fine otherwise. This was a lovely surprise. I travel 50+ nights a year and have pretty much done so for ~40 years. I know hotel rooms. My wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn began entering the lobby. Bright, welcoming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The experience continued at the front desk and all the way up to and into the room. I want to especially call out Lori at the front desk. What a special person. Sometimes it's the little things that make your stay. My ”little” thing here was a ”close elevator” button that responded immediately. Fabulous! The room couldn't have been nicer. Clean and fresh throughout. Super comfortable bed, great HVAC system and for maybe the first time in my career, all the plumbing fixtures worked flawlessly. Amazing. I claim to be able to find something wrong with every hotel room I enter without even trying. I have a trained eye. There was nothing wrong in this one and I spent all day in the room working in between my two nights there. I'll definitely be back. Thank you IHG Timonium.
