The hotel and staff were decent. In fact the two guys running the bar were great. However the hard product needs some attention. It was not possible to use the shower without flooding the bathroom floor which meant the towels were needed to catch the water leaving them soaking. The in-room phones didn’t work which meant I had to go down to the front desk to request an iron and ironing board. They arrived promptly. However we then discovered the base of the iron (not the hot plate the part it stands on) was cracked and so the water leaked everywhere. On check-out the person at the front desk was busy on the phone taking the details of a reservation while there were two people is the back office sat doing very little. The front desk person apologised for the wait. Everything described shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. However these issues aside we had a relatively good stay. The hotel is in a good location and the guest interfacing staff make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. Would I stay here again, I’m not sure.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per una pausa familiare, dopo aver effettuato molte ricerche sulla classificazione stellare, sulla posizione e sulle recensioni precedenti degli ospiti.Le camere sono pulite e di buona dimensione (abbiamo avuto una camera doppia sul 7° piano). Il con ha lavorato un trattamento che era necessario, poiché Toulouse soffre durante il giorno e la sera, il bagno era moderno e pulito e la stanza era dotata di un caffè, frigorifero e sicura. Il primo giorno di colazione qui è stato molto costoso a £25 pp ma è stato fab con una bella selezione di cibo e il personale è stato così utile e amichevole. 10 minuti a piedi dalle piazze principali, ma non un problema. Rimango qui?Certamente sì.

Il ragazzo che era in reception quando siamo arrivati era molto gentile. Non potevamo avvertire che andavamo con un bambino, e ci ha preso la cucina al momento. Lo studio era come nelle foto. Senza grandi lussi, ma con tutto quello che doveva. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente per fare il turismo, a 5 minuti dal Capitolo. Possiamo parcheggiare in strada accanto quella notte e il giorno dopo, lo mettiamo in parcheggio dell'hotel, più economico di quelli intorno. Ci sono caffè gratis tutto il giorno, perché nella cucina della camera, non c'era un caffè. Ha un supermercato proprio accanto per prendere ciò che è necessario se si vuole mangiare all'hotel.

Hotel molto ben situato, Personale a piccole cure per voi . Solo un punto negativo per il colazione. Chiedo uova disossate o a piatto. La cameriera chiederà in cucina e un cuoco grida dopo di lei. La povera cameriera non c'era nulla. Era 10:10, sapendo che il colazione si ferma alle 10:30, e mi scusi con la cameriera, perché per colpa mia si è fatta litigare. Mi hanno portato due uova al piatto. Quindi, rivedere l'abitudine di questo cuoco, perché lo sentivano in sala.

La mia camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una cucina completamente attrezzata (forno e microonde - nessun forno), frigorifero e bonus per i viaggiatori britannici, un caldo. La stanza dispone di un grande balcone fuori con una tavola e due sedie e un cappuccio a terra, che mantiene la luce bassa al mattino. Avevo potuto parcheggiare immediatamente fuori dall'hotel sulla strada (pagato) e l'hotel aveva parcheggio a 12 Euros al giorno. Nel parcheggio stradale (se si può trovare uno spazio) è gratuito tra le 8:00 e 9.30am. Il letto era comodo e una buona doccia calda e ben fluida. Tutto era pulito e ben mantenuto e dormivo bene, oltre a un frigorifero umido, il suono che ho ucciso con l’annullamento del rumore sulle orecchie. Solo due critiche (anche se con l'itinerazione sul mio telefono non importava troppo) sono state che l'Internet WiFi non funzionava. Ho collegato ma non ha mostrato l'internet - anche se forse anche il mio telefono era in uscita. E, in secondo luogo, una scelta molto limitata di canali televisivi per raccogliere le notizie.

We spent four nights here and thought it was an excellent base for our Toulouse city break. It’s a short walk from the main train station, which we found very handy, having travelled here from Biarritz. The apartment had one bedroom with a balcony, plus we made use of the sofa bed as there were three of us. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and the apartment as a whole is clean and well maintained. We weren’t expecting it, but the apartment was serviced each day. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good location, quiet room if in courtyard area, comfortable big bed and nice breakfast. Bathrooms ok, toilet tiny and doors don’t lock. Unfortunately it doesn’t match the usual standards of an Ibis styles and the price reflects this… it should be an ibis budget. We had to change rooms as curtains were hanging off, and still not great in new one. Poor quality of paintwork and finishes, old ceiling tiles, noisy heating system that whines all night. You have to walk outside to access rooms and doors left open to corridors so absolutely freezing. Staff lovely and breakfast nice, although turnaround in pancakes too slow.

This hotel is very close (virtually opposite) to Toulouse Central Station. My room was on level 7 with good city views. The room has all the standard amenities including a very small kitchen with plates and cutlery. There is BBC on the TV, but not CNN, which is general standard in Europe in 3 to 4 star hotels. The bathroom was very large and shower was exceptional. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and worked effectively. However, there is 150 Euro deposit, even when you have prepaid for the reservation. This was not clearly stated when making the booking. This is so called ”security deposit”, is required to cover the loss of plates, cups and knifes/forks this go missing They tried to insist I use a credit card for this payment, but I decided to pay cash. The only problem with security deposits, they often take many weeks to return to international debit and credit cards. Other issues about this location: Just 1 min walk from the hotel is an excellent mini supermarket, which sells things likes ice, alcoholic drinks and a range of salads. While this hotel is convenient to the central station and supermarkets, it is about 2 to 3 km walk to main tourist attractions of Toulouse - cathedrals and plazas. If you coming to see Toulouse to visit Airbus (Factory Tour and Museum), the metro train departs from the central station area, with additional transfer to a Tram. The total travel time is 1 hour. If you traveling to the airport, the airport express bus leaves from the Central Station zone (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). The fare is 9 Euros which expensive for 25 to 30 min trip. The first bus leaves at 5:00am and bus operate every 15 to 20 mins. There are cheaper ways to airport, but that requires a metro, tram and or bus connections.

I went for business for 2 nights to the Toulouse Best Western Hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the location very centric and the hotel was nice, the fact that made different our experience was the service delivered by Laura. She was always with a smile, being nice with every single client and very comprensive with every single situation. Sometimes in life, is not about the commodities and services, is more about the people and how they treat to you. Thank you Laura for everything!

Non trovo proprio una colpa con questo posto. Grande posizione a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte delle aree chiave e stazioni, ecc. bella strada tranquilla rendeva l'hotel molto tranquillo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La colazione era buona, comoda, doccia, aria condizionata, ascensore, vicino a bar e ristoranti, anche una negozia notturna sulla strada.
