Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 4 notti in hotel dopo una pausa nel nostro autocamera (che era parcheggiato dalle barriere navali nel centro di Toulon). Tutto il nostro bene personale, compresi i nostri passaporti, era rubato; tutto quello che avevamo con noi era il nostro cane, i suoi cibi e i suoi bolli da mangiare e i vestiti che indossavamo. Siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera all'hotel (senza prenotazione) e ancora in pieno shock. Possiamo parcheggiare in sicurezza il nostro furgone danneggiato nel parcheggio sotterraneo e abbiamo fatto il nostro modo di arrivare alla reception. Lì ci incontrava Kevin, che era brillante e molto comprensibile, e si accertava che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva prima di andare a letto quella notte. La mattina seguente, abbiamo avuto un sacco di amministrazioni e logistica da navigare, come il nostro piano originale era di andare a Mallorca, e questo è quando abbiamo incontrato Samuel. Ci sono stati innumerevoli volte che io e il mio partner chiesero a Samuel per il suo aiuto e consiglio nel cercare di stampare documenti e di aiutare a comunicare per noi. Il nostro francese non è molto buono e l'inglese della squadra è eccellente! Egli andò di sopra e di là per aiutarci. Non c'era problema nonostante lui e la squadra fosse molto occupata. Abbiamo incontrato Bernard qualche giorno intorno al nostro soggiorno e ha dimostrato la stessa volontà di aiutare, di gioia e di professionalità. Ha trovato un buon vet per noi vicino all'hotel, che ha potuto aiutare con la carta e il trattamento di guarigione per il nostro cane, così potremmo tornare insieme al Regno Unito. Siamo estremamente grati a Kevin, Samuel e Bernard per il loro fantastico servizio e aiuto. È stato un enorme differenziale per noi dopo un'esperienza molto stressante. My wife and myself have just stayed at this hotel. The room was adequate, clean and smart, and had air conditioning. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly at first but after a quick visit by front desk staff who reset it it worked well - lucky as it was during a heatwave and the windows don't open at this hotel. There is limited parking immediately outside the hotel entrance or you can use the underground hotel car park accessed by the ramp right beside the main entrance. Breakfast was perhaps a little underwhelming compared to other Holiday Inn's as the selection was limited but the quality of what was there was good. This is a city centre hotel so ideal for business people or if you want to explore the city centre, otherwise I would look elsewhere for a room. All the staff were great that we met, professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

I stayed one night on a quick business trip to Toulon. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. However, the hotel is centrally located and convenient for me to attend my meetings on foot after arrival. Parking in the railway car park is a little complicated (though I had stayed in the hotel previously) and the process for booking in advance, which has changed in January 2023, was not explained in the welcome email I was sent (just a QR code attachment). Otherwise the hotel is perfect for a quick business trip to Toulon. I will use again.

Camera corretta , pulita e abbastanza grande sul lato dell'edificio , quindi tranquillo. ( Evitare le camere sulla strada) Lettiere confortevole anche se le orecchini sono troppo dure. Colazione continentale di base ( senza fichi quando eravamo venuti per la festa della fichia!)

This is by by far one of the worst customer services hotel experiences I've had, we arrived at 11 pm and it was only at midnight when they were able to deliver us a room. The room was undone, the toilet wasn't clean, no batteries on the TV's remote, and nothing to clean the dishes with (they are supposed to provide this, since we were renting a studio). Since it was so late and many people was waiting for their room keys still after checkin-in over one hour, we decided to stay there on this ”undone-unclean” bedroom. They provided us with sheets that night and the next day and even the day after I requested multiple times to get the kitchen cleaning kit (we were staying at a studio) and they would only mimic that they would bring it during the day and nothing ever happened. We never got toilet paper either, they were able to provide the batteries but their TV doesn't connect to their wifi, so it's like not having one. Needless to say that there was never any room service, they never came to clean, and the people who will come after our stay will eat on dishes that were cleaned with water only - I am sure that nobody from their staff will come take care of it. They require a 150 EUR guarantee fee in case of damages, including if we leave the dishes dirty ... so you can understand my frustration. I am still shocked of the poor quality of services, their staff is full of excuses but not of solutions, which I can only imagine comes from poor management. This hotel was oversold and you could see that it was also understaffed. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights, and I can say that nothing was done to create a better experience or provide the If I can provide any advice is RUN AWAY, there are many hotels with similar services on that same area, and it is not worth the bad experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato con mio figlio martedì scorso, accoglienza molto piacevole, bella vista piscina un po 'freddo ma piacevole sauna e hammam impeccabile. bella vista camera pulita, quasi perfetta tranne ... La persona che accoglie i clienti al colazione , è solo che un cambiamento di lavoro non è all'altezza dell'hotel, freddo impopolo, non buongiorno, risposta secca a mio figlio, parola per la direzione dannosa di avere una persona come lui al colazione mentre avete una vista straordinaria - È un casino.
