This was a wonderful experience. I'm LeYs skeptical of written reviews but now I am writing one Location and staff could not be beaten. Simply one of the best I have experienced. Breakfast fantastic The room was good. I won't say it was spectacular. It was good enough. Walking into the hotel each day was pleasant. It feel good and comfortable

Servicio y desayuno muy buenos. Había un poco de ruido pero con la ventana cerrada se pudo dormir bien.

酒店地理位置很好，公共區域很寬敞，但是電源插座太少。周邊在基建，有塵土。單人間有點兒小，沒有保險箱。

Nice place to stay and we really enjoyed the spacious room, good breakfast and comfortable beds! However the Lady in reception wanted us to pay for service (in SPA) we didn’t use and the manager had to step in. Everything went well but the feeling of disappointment has stayed of course. Also, we missed information about served dishes and ev. allergies at the breakfast so it was difficult to know what you were eating.

Our 3rd visit to Torun and no need to look around for a hotel - THIS IS IT! Beautifully situated on the edge of the Vistula River this family run hotel is absolutely first class. Starting with Reception the friendly crew will welcome you, advise you on where to go and what to do ALWAYS with a smile on their faces. Food and restuarant second to none. Rooms spotless and comfy. Can't say much more than THIS IS HOSPITALITY AT IT'S VERY BEST!!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

We arrived at this hotel (booked by our tour company) on a warm Sept evening. The a/c is controlled centrally and cannot be adjusted by the guest. It was so hot in the room and it was clear that my husband and I wouldn't be able to sleep in the room. Also, there is only one electric outlet (far from the bed) that would not have allowed us to use our small bedside travel fans. We decided to go to a more modern hotel without these constraints. We asked Hotel Bulwar for a refund but they refused.

This hotel is perfectly located next to Toruń’s old town which is absolutely charming! Our room was a twin. It was very spacious with a huge window overlooking the Vistula River. The bathroom was beautifully appointed as well. We ate dinner on the patio looking at the river. It was delicious and our waiter was a joy. Breakfast was the only aspect lacking, thus the 4/5 stars.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the speedway. Location is perfect for Torun Old Town, 4 minutes walk. Overlooking the Vistula River. Room was large and lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a bit of everything. Would certainly stay here again if visiting Torun

Mam dwie uwagi. Po pierwsze klimatyzacja sterowana centralnie to chyba największa wada Hotelu. Raz ustawiona temperatura musi zadowolić wszystkich gości. Nie można regulować temperatury w pokoju indywidualnie. Po drugie dodam, że rezerwowałem pokój przez Travelist. W opisie pokoju jest informacje, że jest to "pokój 2-osobowy DBL/TWN Comfort Klimatyzowany pokój z 1 łóżkiem podwójnym lub 2 pojedynczymi. Pow. ok. 18 m2". Należy zaznaczyć, że jest to oferta bezzwrotna. Po zakupie w uwagach dopisałem , że poproszę o pokój z jednym dużym łóżkiem. Po godzinie otrzymałem informacje z Hotelu, że nie mogą spełnić mojej prośby ponieważ rezerwacje przez Travelist realizowane są tylko w pokojach z pojedynczymi łózkami. Uważam, że takie działanie jest oszukańce w stosunku do klienta. Jeśli na stronie opisu znajdowałaby się informacja, że rezerwacje przez travelist dotyczą tylko pokoi z pojedynczymi łóżkami mógłby sam zdecydować czy chcę taki pokój wynająć a w tej sytuacji niejako Hotel zmusił mnie do takiego pokoju, gdybym wiedział, że będą to łózka pojedyncze to zdecydowałbym się inny Hotel.

Zorganizowaliśmy w Bulwarze komunię syna. Obawialiśmy się trochę że impreza będzie się odbywać na sali konferencyjnej i nie będzie wystarczająco uroczyście. Było jednak wspaniale. Wystrój sali, forma podania posiłków i ich jakość w pełni spełniła oczekiwania zarówno naszych gości, jak i nasze. Bardzo dziękujemy za szczególną opiekę, zaangażowanie, zadbanie o wszelkie szczegóły i przepiękny wystrój sali Pani Izie ❤️ Nasi goście którzy korzystali z noclegów również zadowoleni - zwłaszcza z urozmaiconego śniadania.

Buen hotel en Torun, su situación es perfecta para ir a pié a cualquier lado del centro para visitar o comer. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, personal amable y con buena disposición. No lo usé pero el hotel tiene spa. Por comentar un unico punto negativo, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en la habitacion y hacia mucho calor para dormir.

Hôtel bien situé en bordure de la vieille ville, avec un parking pratique et facile d’accès. L’ensemble des prestations est en revanche assez moyen pour un 4 étoiles et nous avons notamment déploré un accueil assez glacial, ce qui s’est accentué lorsque nous avons demandé de réserver un dîner dans un restaurant (4 Pory Roku) : on nous a affirmé que cet établissement ne prenait pas de réservations alors que nous avons vu, à notre arrivée à ce restaurant, que deux tables comportaient une étiquette mentionnant des réservations. A notre retour à l’hôtel, nous avons ensuite vu deux araignées dans la salle de bain : une petite et une autre nettement plus grosse. De telles choses peuvent arriver mais, en matière de qualité de service, l’accueil devrait être nettement plus chaleureux, ce qui est généralement le cas dans ce type d’hôtel….
