Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Torrance - Del Amo Circle

My husband and i really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy. We will definitely go neck soon.

TV didn’t work, we called for help but no one ever showed up. Called ask for towels and they said I have to come to front desk to get myself. When I get there , they said I needed to bring the old , wet and dirty towel down to exchange myself. Will never ever stay there again

When arrive they gimme a room not clean and they put me on other one and not clomplete clean

old & dirty. tv remote does not work. lights work intermittently, the wall unit for air/heat is old & incredibly loud.

Off of main streets. New senior condos being built across street and next to fire station but quiet.

The property was not accurately displayed online. The hallways smelled like incense and the inside of the room like maple syrup with other smells. The carpet was stained and dirty. The more time we spent in the room, the worst it got. We checked out early and got a different hotel. Definitely not a place worth staying at considering it around del amo fashion district.

I get it’s a pet friendly hotel but rip out the carpet and put in cheap flooring so the snell and visual stains do t show

TL;DR version: even for a budget hotel, this place fell short of the mark. Details: Kitchenette - but no cookware or plates and utensils in unit. Yes, I can request at the front desk, but why make me go to the trouble when a hold is placed on my card? Housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks. That wasn’t clear upon reservation - only on check in. No coffee in room - just downstairs in the morning. Complimentary grab-n-go breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oa**eal, and granola bars. That was it. No fruit for takeaway. Nothing else. Oh, on the final day they had muffins. Not the first 2 days. Bed was horrible. There were springs broken or something as it sunk when I sat on the edge of the bed, to the point that the bed was basically uneven. Towels were ratty with threads coming off. Soap provided, but no shampoo. Oh, and my floor smelled like fish. Not old rotting fish, but like someone had been cooking fish in their microwave. Every. Day. That’s just what’s fresh in my mind as I write this. I’m sure there were other issues. My advice: steer clear. Pay the extra to stay elsewhere if you’re able to afford it.

Check out after 30 minutes of being in the room. Very dirty, filthy and unsafe. There were unknown pills on the floor. Book at a room at the Holiday Inn which was very nice. Don’t stay at this facility.
