Liz and Paul are very lovely couple. We stayed here for 10 days. But we booked a sanded room but felt to closed in. But once we ask if we could ask Liz and pual to change room it was perfect. Miner the 55 steps. Breakfast was lovely but bit samey Parking is very limited behind the bed & breakfast.

What can I say other than what a fantastic stay myself and my friend Linda had at the trelawney hotel we where made to feel so welcome by liz and paul our room was lovely and spotless the range of cereals , fruit, yougusts fresh orange and apple juice tea and coffee where great really good choice the full English breakfast was lovely plus I myself really enjoyed the pouch eggs liz and paul couldn't do enough for you and made our stay there really enjoyable I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone it was also only 20 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station liz and paul where so helpful when we needed directions to different places they also recommend some really nice eating places to us to try which I and Linda thought was really nice we will be returning sometime thanks again liz and paul

Recently stayed here . Room was spotless ,had the four poster one . I hadn't seen it before hand and was a little disappointed, expected a lovely old one with drapes . The bed and pillows little to firm for our liking but we are all different. Only minutes from the beach /town . The cooked breakfast was a little basic if you didn't like egg or tomato so maybe you could offer extra of what the person likes. The room was very warm in the nights and the fans are powerful but noisy . Liz and Paul were a lovely couple to chat to and even gave me a safety pin for my dress !! The local pub yards away is great for food better than what we had in town . Central location for vising the area .

5 star Excellent customer service Very clean Nothing too much trouble Easily get parked close by Breakfast above and beyond Definitely recommend Tea coffee water fan mini fridge tv in the room Close to all local amenities so plenty to do A lovely couple

We had a fantastic stay with friends at the Trelawney hotel. The hosts Liz and Paul were faultless, friendly, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was perfect. Pre-order breakfasts which were cooked to perfection. And a great selection to choose from. The hotel is in a prime location. It was spotlessly clean, rooms were a great size. We would definitely be returning and will be recommending to our families and friends. Thank you once again Paul and Liz and hopefully we will see you soon.

Excellent b & b Liz & Paul were very welcoming and Super host it was very clean our room got serviced everyday our room which was Room 5 the decor was nicely done had a mini fridge & a fan, which was good the wifi was very good ! Now breakfast what can I say delicious ! If only if I could of had more bacon lol

We stayed at Trelawney Hotel recently and had an overall good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were friendly and informative of the local area. The breakfast was very good with a select of cereals, yoghurts and a cooked breakfast. The location was quiet and convenient for getting around the area regardless if driving, walking or using the public transport. Very limited parking to the rear of the hotel so we just parked on a side road which wasn`t too inconvenient.

What can you say about the Trelawney Hotel that hasn't been said in other reviews. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute, Liz and Paul are great hosts, everything is just right, comfortable mattress, lovely pillows, spotlessly clean, the breakfast is second to none sets you up for the day. Location is very convenient a gental stroll to the sea front, where there is a regular bus service to, Brixham, Painton and Newton Abbott which then gets you to many places along the Devon coast. We will be returning very soon, thank you Liz and Paul.

We Stayed at the Trelawney hotel in Torquay for 2 nights. I can only say good things about this hotel. Liz was welcoming the minute we stepped inside and ensured we had everything we needed. The Room was excellent and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice even catered for my partner who is Gluten free. Paul even gave us a umbrella so we didn't get wet on our evening walk Thanks paul. Liz and Paul lovely hosts. We will be back for another visit real soon. Regards Matt & Coryn
