Molto consigliato! Grandissima posizione, facile parcheggio e fantastico servizio. Il personale è curato, gentile, e sono più ansioso di assistere e assicurarsi di avere una esperienza memorabile. Attendo con ansia la mia prossima visita.

Ottimo albergo! C'è il servizio in camera tutti i giorni e le spaziose camere sono pulite e ordinate. È a circa 20-25 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto e il cibo cinese e occidentale circostante, i supermercati, ecc. Sono molto convenienti. Molto adatto per noleggiare un'auto e guidare

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car. To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

La stanza è pulita e pulita, la posizione geografica è eccellente, e i shopping sono molto conveniente. È il più grande centro commerciale di Toronto sottostante.

The Novotel Toronto North York was good for a place to sleep in a convenient location to good stores and the subway, but I would only stay here if I needed a place to crash in North York. Check in was very quick and the service was good. Amenities and hotel decor seemed a bit dated though. There were strands of the previous guest hair in a corner of the bathroom that did not seem to be cleaned well enough and then the night of my shower, the drainage was a little bit slow. The water pressure on the 15th floor for my room also seemed to be a little low. TV channels for the cable service were also lacking signal at random points throughout the broadcast. At least the channels broadcasting PBS and the Olympics were still flawless, so that was a plus.

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

Non c'era nessuno offerto di aiutarci con il bagaglio e dovevamo usare le scale. La ricezione era molto amichevole e ha dato una camera tranquilla come richiesto. Tuttavia la camera è lontana dalla palestra e dalla piscina. La camera è bella ma piccola. Il lato inferiore del viaggio era il servizio in camera che ha fatto i letti ma non ha pulito il bar e non c'era nessun condizionatore in cima per tutta la stanza. La richiesta di riempimento eccetera è stata molto disturbante per la sera, poiché il personale non può soddisfare le richieste senza molte visite, hanno una bella stanza di bagagli e permette agli ospiti di tenere i loro beni in sicurezza. In generale abbiamo avuto una migliore esperienza al Fairmont a Montreal.

Questo hotel è stato molto utile per la spurgia!!Grande posizione e il personale sono così amichevole e accogliente. Erano sempre veloci per aiutare e le camere erano super pulite. La piscina e la palestra erano anche molto carine.

L'hotel non ha riconosciuto la mia prenotazione e mi è stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata alle 23:00 al momento del check-in. Ero molto frustrato nel sentire queste sciocchezze dopo essere arrivato da un volo in arrivo a tarda notte. Il problema è stato risolto il giorno dopo.

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient. On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!
