La posizione geografica della stanza è buona, la stanza è molto grande. Ma il bagno è molto piccolo, l'acqua calda è piccola, il vento è rotto. La pulizia della stanza è stata ripulita il giorno dopo. Il bagno è stato pulito. Il bagno non è stato pulito. Il tavolo del ristorante non è stato pulito. Quando ho raccolto il pannolino, ho preso il mio pannolino e mi sono tolto. Non ho mai visto questa cosa.

Prima di tutto, atteggiamento di servizio MALE. Quando ho fatto il check-out, il personale della reception stava giocando con il telefono e mi ha ignorato. Il personale delle pulizie ci ha accusato di non aver pulito il letto in modo che lei non potesse rifarlo. Lo capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è pessimo. Sono stato offeso. Inoltre, l'allarme antincendio è suonato intorno alle 00:30! Sebbene sia un problema inevitabile, ha comunque influito sul nostro riposo. Ultimo ma non meno importante, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Quindi ci farebbe pagare l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Stavo pensando che se un giorno avessi fatto un controllo, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratis. !!!!!

Got to the hotel a little after 9 am as my flight got in earlier than expected. It was raining and cold. Was wondering if they'd have a room that early to give me and yes they did😁😃😄I was checked in immediately and given a room on the 29th floor. Lovely room with a view of CN TOWER. Nothing was lacking. Room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff I encountered during my 4 night's stay was very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip to Toronto in August and I will be rebook this hotel for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to everyone there who made my stay there a memorable one.

Recentemente sono rimasto per due notti per un evento di lavoro all'hotel e l'ho amato. L'hotel è bellissimo e pulito, mentre è un getto di ritorno ad un'era diversa (come il getto di 1800). La stanza era grande, pulita, ben progettata. Il bar era grande, con sedie grandi e confortevoli, pareti di pietra esposte, e un'atmosfera accogliente e grazie Astrid per il grande servizio e risate. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto ancora, nonostante non sia nel centro (ma è proprio in una fermata di metropolitana che ti porta a terra la linea Bloor, con molti luoghi interessanti per saltare e esplorare).

I recently hosted a conference at the Gibson Ballroom and the staff were incredibly flexible and attentive. Catering was amazing and the event staff made sure our every need was taken care of. I worked with Cathy, Kimia, Alla, and Kuga, and they were all very kind and professional. Despite there being an issue with heating, the hotel made sure proper measures were put in place to solve this issue. The event was a huge success!

Il 24 settembre ho avuto un concerto a Budweiser Stadium e tutti gli hotel a Toronto e intorno erano prezzi ridicoli. La camera era aggiornata e molto pulita. Le letti e le mutandine erano comodi e dormivamo bene. Sono andato al lobby per ottenere acqua dal dispensatore, che è stato sbloccato, come normalmente è solo in attesa fino a 11AM per le opzioni di succo. L'agente del desktop anteriore l'ha sbloccato per poter ottenere acqua. PROS: Grande prezzo, comodi letti/soffi, grande posizione, personale amichevole. Tim Horton's next door! CONS: solo una macchina di ghiaccio sul primo piano per lobby. Nessuna sedia da bagno per le persone con disabilità. Chiedono un $200 per il vostro CC al check in che credo sia eccessivo. My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby
