It wasn't a good experience, we booked three nights but it was terrible, so we only stayed for one night then we booked a hotel instead. It was dirty and there was hair on the bed. The pillows and bedding are Gross. We didn't use the blanket and pillows at all. We Don't Not recommend here.

Good deal for the price. Met a couple of nice folks here. Location was a bit far from center tho

Mainly , a private room position is suck. Because it is next to public room. So i don't recommend it.

整體挺簡陋，但因為價錢的關係就還好，入住當天大概半夜3，4點回去，用他們給的卡感應卻進不了飯店，跟他們反應後，說卡是好的門也沒壞，但我當天確實發生這種情況，他們卻視而不見😡

직원분은 친정하지만 시설이 깨끗하진 않다 아쉬움이 많고 하루라서 숙박했지만 장기 숙박으론 가지 않을거 같다 직원의 친절함은 최고다

Non so nemmeno da dove cominciare. L'ostello è già abbastanza lontano dal centro e non facile da trovare perché molto mal segnalato. Poi, evidentemente non sanno come gestire la loro prenotazione, perché avevamo prenotato i posti letto in 4 stanze femminili per averne una sola, e ci ritroviamo a dormire in una camerata da 10 posti letto con 8 uomini più o meno anziani. E chiaramente non eravamo gli unici poiché ogni persona che entrava sembrava avere un problema. Il dormitorio è strutturato molto male, assolutamente senza privacy e senza spazio di archiviazione a parte gli armadietti molto piccoli dove avrai bisogno del tuo lucchetto. I letti a castello in metallo si muovono molto, non ci sono persiane e ci sono solo tende che coprono per metà le finestre. Poi la pulizia. La pulizia non viene effettuata tutti i giorni, e nemmeno ogni 3 giorni. Anche la cucina non è molto pulita, gli insetti strisciavano sul bancone. Il personale è gentile ma per nulla competente. C'è Netflix e alcuni giochi. Fai attenzione se sei allergico ai gatti, ce ne sono due che vagano per l'ostello.

Under no circumstances should you ever call, reserve or make reservations at this terrible hotel. Firstly, they will start stealing your money during the reservation process. It was against my better judgment to stay here after reading so many bad reviews but all other hostels were full. The owner needs to either employ more staff or train the ones they have on how to clean. While my bed appeared clean nothing else did. The carpets are disgusting and need to be ripped out. The bathrooms while seemingly fairly new are disgusting with mould, soap build up and general dust & dirt. This could be a great place with some effort as the location is interesting and on a good public transport route.
