A hotel next to other higher rank hotel, so the environment was quiet and good. Shopping centres around the hotel were convenient to have food and massage.

幫朋友退房後遺漏開發票，前台當天補開並免費快遞。房間乾淨，前廳小姐姐協助搬行李，我們去看燈會，還幫我們耐心規劃路線，酒店環境很好，還有一個小花園休息，酒店對面是個親子樂園，帶孩子去玩的很開心這次出行很開心

陪父母看燈展而下榻維也納，出乎意料的好，超愛這房型，還能遠眺大海和虎門大橋，晚上也很安靜，父母很滿意。有免費停車場。房間設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機等都備齊了，這價格真是超值。前台小姐姐服務很好，為了讓長者家午休，還延遲了退房時間。多送了2人的自助早餐券，早餐品種偏中式，非常可口，總體還不錯。下次還會來的。

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置絕佳，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。一進大堂，就被精緻的裝修和温馨的氛圍吸引。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。最讓我驚喜的是工作人員，從前台到保潔，每個人都熱情友好，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。下次來還住這兒，必須好評！

春節期間入住。位置和環境都不錯，樓下馬路對面就是南沙最大的無動力親子樂園港灣之星，到南沙遊艇會也很方便，過虎門大橋到海對面（東莞地界）威遠炮台、海戰博物館（先預約免費）也很近（春節虎門大橋免費，平時不免費司機説蠻貴）。我訂的是家庭房，格局還蠻好，就是設施有些老舊，廁所有些味道，房間朝南，採光不錯，衣服也很容易幹。

清凈程度何以, 可惜是酒店窗門隔音不足. 衞生：房間洗手間需要進一步維修. 服務：服務態度是可以，但是有空間可以改善. 設施：某些地方需要維修, 保安問題亦有空間去改善.

酒店位置離市區較遠，到南沙客運碼頭約10分鐘車程。房屋是複式，很舒服，設施簡單，酒店附屬有棋牌室。酒店附近要行200公尺才有食肆。

和朋友到廣州南沙去玩，選了這家loft風格的維也納，第一次住這種複式的，顛覆了我對維也納酒店的認知，別説還挺不錯。樓上休息，樓下和朋友們嗨玩看電視吹吹牛刷刷手機，空間非常寬敞，玩的很開心。停車也免費，充電樁充足非常方便，景點也都在酒店附近，價格還便宜，服務員也很有耐心，為我們做了非常細緻的景點和美食推薦，樓層阿姨業很好，見到我們都會熱情招呼，真是猶如家人般的親切，很棒的酒店，管理的很好[強]
