L'hotel di Chelsea è molto vicino all'Università di Toronto, stazione di autobus, banche, supermercato. La posizione è buona e il prezzo non è troppo costoso.Tuttavia, non c'è frigorifero nella stanza e si può avere i cubi di ghiaccio all'angolo dello stesso piano. E le fertilità della stanza sono piuttosto dilapidate, come il tappeto con la polvere, il volume dell'acqua del faucet non è facile da controllare .....

L'hotel era davvero grande. L'intero hotel sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato e le camere sono grandi e pulite. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e sempre felice di aiutare! Il colazione incluso è lontano dalla maggior parte degli hotel per un colazione complimentare. La posizione è perfetta, meno di 10 minuti dalla metropolitana e vicino a una fermata stradale. L'hotel è quasi nel cuore del centro, quindi è facile venire e andare come vuoi durante il giorno. Raccomando questo posto e vorrei sicuramente tornare indietro!

Location is good. just 2-3 mins walk to College Station. Breakfast is nice at the restaurant in lobby floor. It’s also easy to find restaurants in Yonge Street, just 6-15 mins walk to North or South or take TTC to other place. You could book a Niagara Falls & pick-up at the hotel.

Fantastic service, super-clean and spacious rooms, great views, and lovely amenities! The only problem encountered was the tv remote was not working properly in the room; it was too late to call down to ask for a maintenance call by the time I discovered this, but I have confidence they would have fixed the issue right away. Used the indoor/outdoor pool, even though it was frigidly cold. Was very enjoyable. Would have liked to see the pool floor cleaned a little better as there was some debris. Couldn't seem to turn on the light in the sauna while I was there, but it was pleasantly warm nonetheless. Tried the Frenchy's bar for the first time, and the cocktails were delicious, the service top-notch. Happy to visit again!

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

Prima di tutto, l'atteggiamento del servizio BAD. Quando ho controllato, il servizio frontale giocava con il telefono e mi ignorava. Il pulizia ci accusava di non pulire il letto in modo che non potesse fare il letto. Capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è cattivo. Sono stato offensivo. Inoltre, l'allarme d'incendio suonava circa le 12:30! Anche se è una questione inevitabile, ha ancora influenzato il nostro resto. Ultimamente, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Poi ci avrebbe prelevato l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Pensavo che se avessi “un giorno per un controllo”, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratuitamente. !!!!!

What a fantastic hotel. Front desk guy was wonderful and if you need to have your clothes washed for a fee they will do that and I am great full for them doing that for me. The room is the right size for me and I am 6 ft 2. I use to do Hotel Management and I miss doing that and I am also a Chef. It would be nice to have a coffee Maker in the room would be a nice touch. I also had mention that they can get a plug with USB built in from Amazon as so many people use USB to charge phones. Also for the shower they can get for the wall the shampoo and conditioner for guests. If the hotel is going to hire in the future I sure would like to be working in the hotel. My opinion this hotel would be great for 1-2 People. Sincerely. SIR ROBERT PERE NOEL ROBERTSON.

Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno di una notte! Abbiamo accarezzato la piscina tutto il giorno, mangiato al ristorante patio, che aveva un servizio eccellente e cibo. La stanza era buona, il balcone era un perk, solo un problema era un albero un po' a sinistra del nostro balcone .... qualcuno aveva gettato qualcosa nell'albero, sembrava in realtà come un biancheria! Quindi, abbiamo solo un po' non guardato in quel modo. Forse avremmo dovuto dire a qualcuno che era carino, ma poi cosa, un povero impiegato deve prendere una scala in un albero per recuperare i vestiti?? Non saremmo stati noi che ci chiamavamo. Ci siamo anche buttati fuori più tardi la sera alla piscina all'interno. Il suo tetto è fantastico. Dobbiamo vedere! Tuttavia, tutto era grande. Ci saremmo rimasti lì, sperando che qualcuno avesse quel vestito da sotto dalla vista dei balconi haha. È un ottimo hotel.
