Hotel in zona Bais Dov Yosef, Toronto

L'hotel è carino e la camera in cui ho alloggiato era bellissima con una bella vista. Il personale è per lo più eccezionale, tranne una persona alla reception che ha mostrato un atteggiamento spiacevole nei miei confronti, ma tutti gli altri, dal concierge al personale del ristorante, alle adorabili cameriere, erano gentili e professionali. Gli orari del ristorante sono un po' strani, quindi è una buona idea informarsi in anticipo se avete intenzione di pranzare lì, a volte chiude a mezzogiorno. Strano. Oltre a questo, è una bella esperienza.

Prima di tutto, atteggiamento di servizio MALE. Quando ho fatto il check-out, il personale della reception stava giocando con il telefono e mi ha ignorato. Il personale delle pulizie ci ha accusato di non aver pulito il letto in modo che lei non potesse rifarlo. Lo capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è pessimo. Sono stato offeso. Inoltre, l'allarme antincendio è suonato intorno alle 00:30! Sebbene sia un problema inevitabile, ha comunque influito sul nostro riposo. Ultimo ma non meno importante, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Quindi ci farebbe pagare l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Stavo pensando che se un giorno avessi fatto un controllo, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratis. !!!!!

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, convenientemente vicina al trasporto pubblico. Le camere sono impeccabilmente pulite, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole. Tuttavia, si prega di notare che può diventare molto occupato a causa della sua popolarità.

Rimasi 2 notti per catturare un gioco di baseball! Cons - vista era un parcheggio vuoto, un po' rumoroso dal corridoio, poteva sentire le porte chiuse altissimamente, ma il nostro piano era ancora bello e tranquillo, e lo specchio di maquillaggio era rotto (percio' erano gli unici veri cons) Pros - Lo amavamo, La posizione è fantastica, Così vicino alla Stazione Union 5 minuti a piedi, vicino allo Stadio Rogers, alla Torre CN, all'acquario & Harbourfront, abbiamo fatto colazione al Mercato di St Lawrence, a 20 secondi di cammino e poi abbiamo avuto anche una bella 15 minuti a piedi al Distillery District. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente! Abbiamo avuto solo un pasto nel Café/Bistro, ma era grande (Colazione) e il personale era molto bello! Le letti erano comodi! Hotel e camere erano super pulite! È stato un posto davvero bello per rimanere, ci rimarremo ancora!

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. (Also requiring keycard access.) The offerings consisted of the usual combination of hot & cold items. Overall, we wer

Il nostro fine settimana è stato un bel fine settimana, è un luogo ideale, un traghetto all'aeroporto di pochi minuti. Il personale dell'hotel è così piacevole parlare con, e utile con ogni piccolo dettaglio (grazie per la raccomandazione del posto pizza - era perfetto!) È stato bello avere incluso il colazione, e hanno una generosa scelta da scegliere! Siamo stati incastrati la piscina non è ancora operativa, ma sapevamo che prima di andare, quindi ci aspettiamo di goderla un'altra volta. Rimaneremmo qui, e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque cercasse un hotel pulito e conveniente vicino all'aeroporto. La nostra stanza era di fronte all'aeroporto e i bambini erano più felici di guardare che poi la TV (grazie!) E vale la pena notare che eravamo vicino all'ascensore, ma non era una questione di rumore a tutti (come abbiamo vissuto altrove nel passato) (Nota laterale, siamo stati soddisfatti che la temperatura della stanza era coerente (e il sistema di raffreddamento/riscaldamento è tranquillo!) In genere è molto comodo mangiare. Ci sono molti ristoranti cinesi in giro, ma l'intermediario ha sbagliato la tipologia della nostra camera. Il 24 settembre ho avuto un concerto a Budweiser Stadium e tutti gli hotel a Toronto e intorno erano prezzi ridicoli. Avevamo una stanza con due letti regina e non appena aprivamo la porta, tutto quello che potevamo sentire era pulito! La finestra è piccola, ma non sono li' per guardare fuori. Eravamo circa metà strada verso l'edificio, così il rumore dall'escursione non era un problema. C'era un frigo e una microonde che si trovavano a buon uso (il frigo per noi). La camera era aggiornata e molto pulita. Le letti e le mutandine erano comodi e dormivamo bene. Sono andato al lobby per ottenere acqua dal dispensatore, che è stato sbloccato, come normalmente è solo in attesa fino a 11AM per le opzioni di succo. L'agente del desktop anteriore l'ha sbloccato per poter ottenere acqua. PROS: Grande prezzo, comodi letti/soffi, grande posizione, personale amichevole. Tim Horton's next door! CONS: solo una macchina di ghiaccio sul primo piano per lobby. Nessuna sedia da bagno per le persone con disabilità. Chiedono un $200 per il vostro CC al check in che credo sia eccessivo. In generale, questa è una grande, conveniente opzione per un viaggio a Toronto. Dritto fuori l'espressowa & molto vicino a shopping. Un posto senza frills per rimanere che non romperà la banca!

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby
