Hotel in zona Abbozzo Gallery, Toronto

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte ma ci è bastata per capire l eccellenza di questa struttura.. Comodissima poiché a due passi dalle attrazioni principali della città..personale gentilissimo..camera esagerata e pulitissima..la migliore struttura fino ad ora tra le maggiori catene alberghiere..consigliatissimo..inoltre ha vicino una serie di posti dove mangiare molto carini..ottima esperienza

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car. To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient. On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

Molto consigliato! Grandissima posizione, facile parcheggio e fantastico servizio. Il personale è curato, gentile, e sono più ansioso di assistere e assicurarsi di avere una esperienza memorabile. Attendo con ansia la mia prossima visita.

Un hotel con un'accoglienza perfetta musica all'esterno, stile vittoriano, 4 stelle tutte meritate, pulizia impeccabile, reception sempre disponibile ad ogni tuoi disagio ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi, il fiore all'occhiello è la colazione buonissima...oltre che toronto è stata una bella scoperta

Il cibo era inferiore alla media per un hotel di questo status. Mangiavo in camera e nel ristorante del lobby due volte durante il mio soggiorno notturno. Non fare alcun sforzo per quel po 'più che è necessario per ottenere un pollice e tenere la gente ricorda che questo hotel rispetta anche il cibo.

L'hotel è carino e la camera in cui ho alloggiato era bellissima con una bella vista. Il personale è per lo più eccezionale, tranne una persona alla reception che ha mostrato un atteggiamento spiacevole nei miei confronti, ma tutti gli altri, dal concierge al personale del ristorante, alle adorabili cameriere, erano gentili e professionali. Gli orari del ristorante sono un po' strani, quindi è una buona idea informarsi in anticipo se avete intenzione di pranzare lì, a volte chiude a mezzogiorno. Strano. Oltre a questo, è una bella esperienza.

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.
