Room was excellent, bed had easy access on both sides and the shower was excellent. Toilet had good grab rails and supplies were excellent. The upgrades that are happening to the outside of the building are great. I recommend upgrading the chairs in the Easy access room to ensure they are secure (have arm rests). Pool entrance at the water's edge was difficult rail to small and steps to large - I could have got in but never have got out without significant assistance.

Stayed overnight in a lake view studio. Bed super comfy and outlook from balcony relaxing. Warm welcome from reception. Easy secure parking and lift available. Walking distance to shops and cafes as well as lakeside recreation area. Children’s play area across the road. Accommodation to suit all ages and whilst on a corner, was quiet with door shut. Some coat hangers in wardrobe and another hook in bathroom would make it perfect. Look forward to returning.
