Very nice hotel with excellent customer service we were welcome by the GM and guest relationship manager and our stay was fabulous in breakfast we were assisted by Tugba and she was very friendly and we loved talking to her and visiting her. Overall a very very well run hotel and GM is very engaged in the hotel and we saw him almost everyday walking around and visiting the guests. Best hotel in customer service we will be back

I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.

Viviamo presso la residenza di Degirmenburnu per quasi 5 mesi e è stata una grande esperienza! L'hotel ha una posizione molto buona - vicino a voi si può trovare Marina (in 15 minuti a piedi) con tanti ristoranti, caffè e la spiaggia di Gumbet (in 5-10 minuti a piedi). Anche i giochi sono sufficienti per i bambini, è importante per noi, causa del bambino). Le camere dell'hotel sono state aspettate da molto tempo (lavatrice, posto per la cucina, lavastoviglie, ecc.), le camere hanno una splendida vista sul mare e sulla parte della città di Bodrum. Ma il migliore di questo hotel, credo, è il servizio amministrativo. Tutte le nostre domande e problemi sono stati risolti e è stato davvero veloce. Per esempio, il lavastoviglie si è rotto (era quasi la notte, circa le 11) e sono venuti a aiutarci e hanno cambiato una nuova in 15 minuti! DIRT! this word contains the description of this place. I was in Bodrum with my boyfriend and we stayed in this bad Resort. The room that was given to us was dirty, very dirty floor, especially outside on the terrace. Dirty bathroom with mold, broken furniture, broken doors, broken bathroom vent, broken light. They gave us towels soiled with make-up and blood. they didn't clean the room every day, they didn't change the trash can. From the first day of the holiday we asked for a room change. Every day we were told they changed the room but the room was never changed. At the reception they are liars, they speak bad English and are rude. In addition, the whole structure is lacking in cleaning and maintenance. The pool was also dirty. There was grass and scrub on the terrace for breakfast. Bagno sporco con la muffa, mobili rotti, porte rotte, l areatore nel bagno rotto, luce rotta. Ci davano Asciugamani sporchi di trucco e di sangue. non pulivano la camera tutti i giorni, non ci cambiavano il cestino della spazzatura. Dal primo giorno di vacanza abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera. Ogni giorno ci dicevano che cambiavano la camera ma la camera non è stata mai cambiata. Alla reception sono dei bugiardi, parlano male l'Inglese e sono scortesi. Inoltre tutta la struttura è manchevole di pulizia e manutenzione. Anche la piscina era sporca. Sulla Terrazza per fare colazione c'era erba e sterpaglie. Allego foto per dimostrare che quanto ho descritto è vero. Non andate in questo posto in vacanza!

Amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive. Lovely hotel room with amazing decor. The highlight was the food and staff! Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options including freshly made omelettes and eggs. Lunch and dinner were ordered through a QR code (a la carte), there was plenty of options and the food was so delicious, we enjoyed it as it was more of a restaurant vibe than a chaotic buffet, we were served by Mert throughout our stay and he was amazing, always checking we had everything we needed. Bar staff were also so attentive, even come round and asked if we needed drinks whilst sunbathing, a special shoutout to Ibrahim who was constantly making us special cocktails and by the end of the stay we were besties! Free Starbucks is always a plus too!

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

Un hotel boutique più bello, intorno all'oceano, nel luogo perfetto di questa riva della Turchia. Il servizio impeccabile e un bar e ristorante di grado AA che serve un autentico colazione turco sigillano l'accordo. Un pomeriggio di prima notte in massaggio in camera è stato organizzato mentre il fascino di questa moderna proprietà contemporanea da tutta la vita notturna sul mare ha fatto volere di non lasciare l'hotel e di godere delle splendide viste marine dell'Egeo. Ethem, il direttore generale, è sempre un appello per rendere veramente ogni desiderio. Questa proprietà è la mia nuova dipendenza e non posso aspettare di tornare.

Hotel bellissimo, vista sorprendente. Hotel è davvero lontano dal centro della città e anche lontano dalla strada. Penso che l'hotel dovrebbe considerare di ricevere un autobus di navetta. Altrimenti, è stato un giorno molto bello. Grazie a TomAli,.

The hotel room was good space for 2 adults and it was super clean. All of the reception members were nice and kind and helpful all of them were kind and lovely they also helped us in some activity ideas and beaches and some placed we told them to call and they kindly did which was very nice of them to do. Definitely going to choose this place near the yalikavak marina like 23 min walking

The price you pay is far from the service that one would expect form a 5-star hotel. 1. Rooms: Rooms are large and decently furnished but cleanliness is quite disappointing. Housekeeping was random at best, and they only cleaned on demand (for example, the bathroom or balcony were never cleaned unless we requested it explicitly). Rooms on the ground floor can be visited by stray cats if one leaves the door open. This is what happened to us. With my wife being allergic, we asked for an alternative arrangement which was promptly found. We were given a new room at an upper floor and with a better view. 2. Service: a. Beach service was horrible. First, like rooms’, beach cleanliness is a mirage. Stray dogs are around all the time and the beach is always dirty (see pictures of what the beach looks like at 9am on a typical day). The beach is also adjacent to a drain with stagnant water, which on a typical windy day sometimes smells. Second, almost none of the staff speak a decent English. Finally, the beach is open to outsiders. While nowhere was this written when I made the reservation, the end result is that, particularly during weekends, you may find yourself without an umbrella and beds. That is exactly what happened to us when we checked in on a Sunday afternoon. Moreover, barely are there controls at entry, so in theory anyone can (and in fact does) use the beach. b. Dining was also quite poor. The hotel has four restaurants but only two are open for dinner. This leaves us with fewer options. Yes, the nearby village offers alternatives, but it is not clear why a 5-star hotel should only have two restaurants open for dinner (note: one is a beach restaurant). c. On a positive note, staff were very helpful, especially Elena, the guest relations manager, who was very kind with us and tried her best to improve the service, yet there are structural problems that only the general management can and should try to solve. Speaking of which, we lodged a complaint with central Radisson and no one bothered to reply, not even an automatic reply acknowledging receipt of the message. As the saying goes: “the fish rots from the head”. 3. Location: This is definitely a plus. The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, with crystalline waters. However, the place is a bit self-containing, with very limited options to walk and dine around, and explore adjacent places. There is a no-frills village at walking distance but you can only reach it by taxi, as it is not advisable to walk on the margins of the road. In sum, if you are looking for a truly 5-star hotel experience look elsewhere.
