I’d like to share my impressions about the hotel Toka Bodrum Hotel & Beach Club and leave warm words of gratitude to the entire friendly team. I stayed in September 2023, just recently returned home, and the impressions are still very fresh. It was a wonderful vacation, and I made the right choice of hotel (and I had many options) Another important point - I traveled alone, and it was very important for me to feel cared for and comfortable. And here, I found the perfect place The hotel staff goes out of their way for the guests, all requests and wishes are immediately fulfilled, the reception is always in touch with you. They respond to messages instantly and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel creates an atmosphere of warmth, coziness, and care, which the hotel staff surrounds you with. You just feel at home I specifically chose such a cozy, small hotel. It is evident that people love to come here, there were many guests from different countries. The atmosphere is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The first thing you notice when you enter the hotel is the stylish vintage interior. Every item is carefully chosen and looks very harmonious. Then you enter a paradise garden There is a lot of greenery, trees, flowers that are carefully taken care of and watered, so everything looks very neat and beautiful. Also, the hotel grounds smell very pleasant The scent of freshness, flowers, and the sea. The location of the guest rooms is well thought out so that no one disturbs each other :) These are separate cottages on the territory, surrounded by greenery, with pleasant gazebos where you can sit with a book You feel incredibly cozy, like in a bungalow. In other hotels, you stay in a long building with lots of rooms and doors nearby, where it's very noisy and not conducive to privacy. Everything is different here, you fall asleep and wake up in silence, with the birds singing. My suite was perfect - two rooms, a hallway, and a large bathroom, it was a single. The location was next to the reception. The room was stylish, well-equipped, with beautiful vintage furniture, and everything worked perfectly. There was an air conditioner in each room. Being in the room after the beach was amazing!✌️ Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, they were awesome. They cleaned every day, very thoroughly! They changed towels, bed linen, added fresh water, and immediately fulfilled all requests. Overall, it felt like all the hotel staff worked together as a well-coordinated team. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The waiters were quick and always smiling, breakfast started at 7:30 am precisely. The dining area had a sea view. There was a clean swimming pool, a lovely spa, and a fitness center. And the sea - it was simply magical! Clean, warm, and incredibly beautiful. Otelinizde gecirdigimiz zaman boyunca hicbir sorunla karsilasmadik. Otel calisanlari guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Whatsapp gruplari sayesinde her sorunumuzu aninda cozduler. Ana Restaurant menusu oldukca zengin ve lezzetliydi. Event Arena’daki konserleri ve eglenceleri oldukca begendik.

Hi All. This hotel is not anywhere near with the accommodation and the service for the price they asking. Maybe a 3 STAR, hotel would have been more reasonable rating for this place. Because of those good reviews this hotel have, which i don't know how they got them to be honest, we paid £2000 more for 10 nights all inclusive package comparing with the other 5 star hotels nearby on the same city. FOR 4 OF US, 3 adults including my 18 years old daughter and our 15 years old daughter, they have accommodate us on a normal dobble room with 4 beds next to each other. I made a complaint at the reception, called the manager but they don't care at all. Phone my agency on the uk ( on the beach) one. They didn't want to help as well. They wouldn't let me cancel it as i was to late and they didn't do any afford to help me on this matter. Please don't pay the extra money for this hotel. As i mentioned above, is not a real 5 star hotel on any point of view. They managed to have those good reviews somehow which is very suspicious, so they go higher on price now. Any other 5 star hotel on that city is better than this one. Hope this review will help you not to do the same mistake i done.

Secondo: ero con il mio cane pomeraniano 2 chili o pagato per lui 95$ per le 4 notti non permette di rimanere nemmeno all'aperto Ristorante mentre i gatti da strada ovunque nell'hotel e non vaccinati e i miei hanno il suo passaporto e hanno tutte le sue vaccinazioni e non è consentito 😡v v strano Non mi piaceva che dovessero mettere fuori i gatti. And if it’s pet allowance and I paid extra fees to make him stay room and the cats from street surrounding us 😡

I stayed at this hotel in October 2023 as an early birthday celebration with my girlfriend. Due to work currently, we can only see each other every three months. We working hoping for a positive, chill experience. I am also a Hilton Gold member that has stayed all across the Hilton family of hotels; but I have never been so poorly treated by the front office than at this property. I was cheated and taken advantage of by paying over 500 euros more for their sea view room category and then given a lower category that is almost 50% of the cost per night and has no view (photos below). I would like to clarify that my grievances are with the front office. Most of the property staff are friendly, highly competent, and hardworking. Two staff members who were particularly excellent were the gentleman Efe and restaurant supervisor Merve Bilir. They provided excellent service, were genuinely warm people that care about their customers, and are hard workers. They should be the managing the entire hotel Also the food at the resort is very good and on par with any of my stays at the Waldorf Astoria properties. We also enjoyed the spa, which is run by a separate company and provided a great hammam experience Negatives: -We were given the wrong room category. The room I booked was a “King premium sea view” with “panoramic” sea views. Their reservations page is very clear about the room in both photos and its description. Instead we got room 6 with a view of some trees, which was clearly a lower room category (photos below). I typically wouldn’t care if the price difference is minimal, but lower room categories at this hotel are nearly 50% less per night (240 to 270 euros per night while I paid over 500 euros per night). Over the course of the weekend, I ended up paying between 500 to 600 euros more than was necessary for a lower room When I went to the front desk to point this out and ask for a room change, the receptionists agreed with me that this was not the right room and they offered me a free dinner with alcohol included, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us I agreed and left but didn’t feel that was fair compensation since a 130 euro dinner doesn’t make up for paying 500+ euros for the wrong room. When I came back a few hours later, I asked for a manager and the assistant manager Tarik came out to speak with me. He was completely dismissive and couldn’t care less for what I had to say. He didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I was speaking to him and tried to end the conversation as fast as possible. He then informed me that alcohol would not be included in the dinner after it was promised and while he was hurriedly walking away he said he would ask the head manager what else they could do. The receptionist felt bad and offered to send a bottle of wine. During the rest of our stay we never received a bottle of wine and Tarik never got back to us -Their beach club, Frankie, was closed for two full days for a wedding while we were

I'll start with the pros The room is lovely. We were upgraded to a swim up room. The have everything except a bottle opener. Food is a good standard. Cons MUSIC! From 10am till 12am. And not songs you know or could sing to just awful elevator music played very loudly. Even the club nights it's the same songs with the same beat. Very repetitive. Got to where it felt like torture. Speakers every 2 rooms outside round the pool. Beach is quieter in the morning. Service.....what service? If you want something you have to ask. After a whole week only got drinks served twice. It's self serve even at dinner. Views ruined by fencing. Breakfast, do not bother if your expecting a fry up. Most days they ran out of milk, bread, food. After 10am you generally get the dregs of what's left. Entertainment there isn't any just music/djs playing same playlist. Beach is too small. No shop near by. Steep hill to get out of resort straight onto busy road. No help from reception over excursions. Asked over boat trip. Yes they could organise one €1000 each for the day! Cabanas on the pier €200 a day. Alot of food/drinks are extra. Overall if you are Russian or a insta star with botox don't bother. We came for a party hotel and got a tik tok convention. Alot of reviews have been from guests paid to stay here. Tips get a taxi and go to torba for a romantic meal or bodrum for a livelier night.
