第一次來桐鄉旅遊訂的這家酒店，據説是桐鄉第一家五星級酒店，規模確實是挺大的，地理位置也很好，前面有公園，邊上有商場，很方便。客房阿姨推薦了他們家新開的中餐廳，環境確實不錯，點了幾個特色菜也都挺好吃的。可惜這次人來的不多點不了太多菜。下次再來吧。

My boyfriend and I both love this homestay. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Even though their rooms are near the road, but their windows are very insulated so the room is very quiet. The owners extra amount to help us whenever we need help or we ask a question they really take good care of us. The towels are exceptionally clean when we are staying there. We will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant day in Wu Zhen.

Dopo aver curato il centro turistico della zona paesaggistica, è possibile entrare gratuitamente nel parco + un'auto turistica gratuita infinita e il servizio è di prima classe! 🌸 La carta di legno di forma di fiore di maio è molto speciale, particolarmente piace! 🪟 È stato ospitato un'appartamento familiare di lusso A, 138 metri quadrati di spazio, dovrebbe essere tutto! 🛋️ La sala è meravigliosa. Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Dotazioni: complete, i pettini usa e getta sono tutti in legno, il che è molto buono, e c'è acqua potabile diretta, che è la prima volta che la vedo Igiene: molto pulita, sono disponibili ciabattine usa e getta e infradito sterilizzate per il bagno. Ambiente: Vivere in un luogo panoramico non ha nulla da dire sull'ambiente, una vera famiglia con piccoli ponti e acqua corrente. Servizio: Il capo e sua moglie sono molto gentili, le spiegazioni sono molto dettagliate e la cucina è deliziosa.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

L'hotel è ben arredato e pulito, l'acqua del bagno è molto confortevole, la camera è grande e la vista sull'acqua fuori dalla finestra è fantastica. Effettuate prima il check-in presso il centro servizi turistici e poi prendete il bus navetta per l'hotel. Un maggiordomo vi verrà a prendere alla porta. La reception richiederà la tessera della camera e il riconoscimento facciale e poi vi accompagnerà in camera. L'hotel si trova all'ultima fermata del bus navetta, nella parte più interna della zona panoramica, quindi è molto comodo prendere l'autobus. Di notte è molto tranquillo e l'isolamento acustico è buono. La colazione è molto ricca. Se volete fare colazione con vista sul lago potete prenotare. Al mattino puoi vedere il Wuzhen deserto.
