Wuzhen Boyue Hotel (Xizha Scenic Area Branch)

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, proprio vicino all'ingresso della Xizha Scenic Area, a piedi per un minuto o due, è molto vicino. Le condizioni igieniche dell'hotel sono nella media, e il direttore dell'hotel è particolarmente buono e se ne prende cura.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Wuzhen Boyue Hotel. This review would be worse had it not been for the super friendly gentleman on the front desk who helped to resolve the problems we had at the hotel. Firstly, one of the rooms was dirty upon arrival and so the staff helped to switch the room. It was very easy to switch but we weren't happy with the overall cleanliness. The foyer was also particularly messy -in all fairness our visit coincided with Chinese New Year and Wuzhen was busy beyond imagination, but worth noting. Secondly, my main problem, we were put into the wrong room type after booking 2 premium queen rooms. I didn't initially realise but we were put in the standard double rooms. We couldn't be switched for the first night as all of the premium rooms were already occupied. For my 2 night stay in Wuzhen, we paid a premium price for the luxury room but spent half the stay in their standard rooms. The following day, I had to return to the hotel twice during the day to speak with the staff and help organise the room switch (1 hour+). Management made it rather difficult to receive reimbursement and eventually settled on a 225 RMB reimbursement for my troubles (initially I was told 100 RMB was the maximum). This is a lot less than the price for both rooms for 1 night. I understand mistakes can happen but expected them to acknowledge the mistake and reimbursement a significant part of price for night 1. The front of house staff were super friendly throughout the process, just the management not fronting up to the mistake made. See pics for difference in rooms. All in all had a great time, but it left a sour feeling for us.

The location was very good and cheap! BUT! The room is not comfortable at all. The bed was hard and the pillows were not fluffy. The bed wasn't cleaned properly (found hair under the blanket, and there are dirty spots on the pillow or the chair. Although overall, the room was clean, just not the bed. Check in process for foreigners was also easy here 😁 Amenities were pretty complete, although it missed certain things. The room was for 2 people, but the sandal was for 1 person.

衹有大堂是是像模像樣的，從進入電梯開始就很邋遢。房間跟圖片展示不符，實際上的房間很小，看真在門口拍的圖，燈是壞的，很昏暗。各種地方都是臟兮兮的像是從來不會擦洗，馬桶上有屎尿垢。毛巾都發黑了。床墊看照片，很離譜，完全大小不合適也能鋪上去。桌子是二手的，臟兮兮。還有什麼千島湖的標簽都沒撕下來。最離譜的是，早上早點，打掃的人挨個房間敲門問有人嗎？敲門完一遍後就自己拿出來房卡開門。我被她敲醒後，又聽見她繼續挨個敲門和開門其他房間，真的很離譜，這就是家黑店，千萬不要住。

入住體驗非常好[呲牙] 首先要説的是酒店對面就是景區，步行3分鐘，其次酒店前台服務態度超級好，耐心的解答了我的各種問題，到了房間我不會調電視機什麼的，打電話到前台，前台就會馬上來解決。真的很貼心 房間也蠻好的

服務挺好，位置絕佳，就在景區門口，出行很方便，去景區本來就逛累了，這少了很多路程，門口很多小吃店，飯店，奶茶店，吃東西很方便，外賣也方便。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便。門口也有監控非常放心，大廳簡潔，大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂很好聽。前台服務熱情衞生也挺乾淨的。

服務很好，耐心的講解景區的遊玩路線。位置也很好，就在西柵景區門口，窗口都能看見景區的停車場。房間的衞生很乾凈，很整潔。
