We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to Silk Commerce Clubhouse and the team at the hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel’s interior is absolutely stunning and they serve delicious tea that we couldn’t stop drinking.
We will definitely be returning, thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The atmosphere is incredible, the room surpassed our imagination , and the best part is the staff. They make the stay into a magical experience, especially 管家小李, he helped us with anything over text, simply amazing. We can't wait to come back and have a longer stay.

Great stay at Eden Club House. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free as our luggage was picked up by the staff at the service centre, and there was also a buggy ride that dropped us off directly at the hotel. We were served snacks and tea at the waiting area while the staff helped us with check-in paperwork. One of the staff also explained in detail to us about the various attractions nearby and which ones to visit first. We were also given complimentary pudding. Service during breakfast next day was fantastic as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the service was impeccable, on par with some of the best 5-star international hotel chains (or maybe even better). Will definitely recommend to all who are visiting Wuzhen. A big thank you to 小金 and 小许 for such a memorable stay at Eden Club House!

前兩天已經評過一次了，但這次在宜園住宿是2個訂單，因為住宿體驗感很好，值得我再次給予一個滿分好評！
酒店的全程管家式服務讓人印象深刻、體驗感拉滿，在服務態度、細節、過程、應急處置等各個方面，都做得很好很到位很有誠意，我們覺得很滿意！管家小韓的服務很用心、很貼心也很周到，值得超級好評！
酒店在西柵景區的核心位置，出行遊玩很方便，整個酒店住宿的空間感很好、很寬敞，酒店內房間不多，所以很安靜不吵鬧，管家式服務也能跟得上！總體好評推薦！
唯一遺憾的是酒店預約贈送的早茶客因為起晚了沒吃到，留到下次吧，順便一説酒店早餐也很好吃！

首先是房間，被稱作烏鎮行館是很有道理的，雖然是老酒店，但各種設施都很好，很乾凈，床也很大，兩大一小足足能睡下，能撒得開。
其次是環境，我帶了小朋友，免費升級了陽台大床房，陽台門一開就是小小的河道，沒有行人的小河道很安靜，也很美麗，空氣很好。
因為房間大，整個酒店也是非常巨大，應該也是得益於前台小哥哥小姐姐們的精心安排，所以完全沒有任何打擾和噪音，雖然門的斜前方就是觀光電梯，但一點聲音都沒有，長者和小朋友晚上睡得都很好。
服務自然沒話説，從出發前一天有專人聯繫，到專屬管家溝通協調，提前瞭解入住人員，再到提醒為小朋友購買半價票，提供精確定位和停車場路線視頻，都跟絲滑。到停車場後酒店小哥哥會親自到停車場幫忙提行李，一直到房間。最讓我覺得感動的，是我一再強調行李比較重，我自己拿，走樓梯也可以放下直接拉，小哥哥們還是堅持提起來，一直到前台。
辦好入住後一個小哥哥專門拿了景區地圖給我們圈畫了重要觀賞點 或是比較熱鬧的景點，送我們到房間後也是第一時間安排人員送了小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用品，並且隨時關注需要，有求必應。
早餐我們選擇了早茶客，雖然沒有試過酒店自助，我還是推薦早茶客，因為是有地方特色的早餐，幾乎每家都能吃，最重要的是吃到的都很好吃，泡泡餛飩、麪條、燒賣、小籠包。為什麼是吃到的呢，不知道是不是小哥哥介紹的時候我沒聽清，這裏劃重點！！！早茶客九點半結束，所以要去早茶客的小夥伴們務必早一點，真的可以每一家都嘗一下！
最後是離店，一樣絲滑，前台會主動詢問是否需要託運行李，簡單填寫一張單子，然後就可以去玩耍了，盡興後去景區出口的遊客中心，拿單子就可以領到自己的行李。
整體下來我覺得最讓我滿意和可能故地重遊的就是酒店了，這個價格還包含了兩個大人的門票，以及入住期間的不限次進出真的很完美。對了，酒店的電視點播是不需要vip的，電影都可以看。用的洗漱用品都是歐舒丹，所以壓根兒沒用到自己的乳液。
景區的話很大，需要腳力好的跑，店鋪相對也有點分散，走哪都有，但都不多。錦宴的烤鴨滿分推薦，骨架一定要做椒鹽的，嘎嘎香。所以酒店很適合我們拖老帶小的，走走就可以回去歇歇，歇夠了出來吃個飯再順路走走。
