Ho soggiornato al Fengyue·Fengyi Fanju Hotel. Devo dire che questo hotel mi ha sorpreso molto. È un hotel di fascia medio-alta a Tongren e si trova nell'antica città di Zhongnanmen. Ha una posizione superiore e prestazioni ad alto costo! Xiao Wang alla reception è stato molto accogliente durante il check-in e il check-out. Ci sono molte attività nell'antica città di notte. La vista notturna è molto buona. È molto vicino a qualsiasi posto tu vada. È un hotel prezioso e vale la pena consigliare di soggiornare!

TTanja.dblThis hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The attention to detail and the warm service made it feel extremely special and comfortable. The garden and the rooms are super beautiful with so much attention to detail. It felt like a sacred, holy place with its temple, library and tea room as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot with planning our trip. The drive us to the Fanjing Mountain and also organized a driver to pick us up in Tongren when we came and a driver to drive us to Fenghuang the day we left. Also they had amazing foods and although we are vegetarians and don’t eat meat they had plenty of options. We were lucky to meet a master (teacher) of Buddhism and his student (a tea master who was learning about Buddhism from him). They also made this trip very special since we got invited to traditional tea ceremonies and were able to listen to the singing of prayers and traditional Chinese instruments they played for us. This hotel is the perfect place for these sort of guests and it’s perfect if you want a relaxing meditative Chinese experience. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful as well and perfect for going on a walk to explore a little. We hope we will be able to come again in the future.

IInesThe hotel is conviniently located next to the high speed railway and bus station. The room is very clean, provides a washing machine and it is quite calm at night, I could even sleep with open windows. What I did not like, that the room was said to be a non-smoking room. Well it was not and when asking the receptionist the said they have no non smoking rooms. I don't get it why these hotels offer non-smoking rooms and then do not stick to it. Secondly the staff was not very welcoming. The literally live at the reception and in the room next to it, what is absulutely fine, wouldn't they give you the impression that you're disturbing their privacy. I know it can be anoying with foreigners and language barriere but hey, I did not get a single smile. And when the hotel you work at welcomes guests from all countries you just have to deal with it from time to time.

VVojtechThis was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us.
When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller..
I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)

La colazione è un pasto fisso, ma è squisita e abbondante. La stanza ha anche un tatami che sembra una finestra a golfo. Ha piovuto forte quando ho fatto il check-in, quindi mi è capitato di sedermi sul tatami e godermi il panorama. Il capo era molto entusiasta e loquace, mi ha accompagnato a comprare i biglietti per il giorno successivo il giorno prima. Quando sono arrivato alla biglietteria, ho subito comprato un biglietto per il giorno successivo e ho chiamato il capo, immagino che l'autista sia andato nella zona sceneggiata per venirmi a prendere non appena fosse tornato in albergo senza lamentarsi.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dal Monte Fanjing, il che è molto comodo. Xiao Yang era molto entusiasta. Quando siamo arrivati in hotel, abbiamo chiesto l'orario della nostra prenotazione per il giorno successivo e ci ha ricordato di cambiarlo immediatamente. Di conseguenza, siamo riusciti a cambiarlo un'ora prima. Ci siamo messi in fila per entrare alle 9:20, ma siamo andati solo fino alla Pietra del Fungo e a Piazza Pudu prima di prendere la funivia per scendere dalla montagna verso mezzogiorno. L'hotel è nuovissimo e pulito. L'unico inconveniente è che il bagno con doccia in camera è molto piccolo e non c'è spazio per riporre i vestiti, il che è scomodo.

AAaron FillerHotel eccellente. La camera era molto spaziosa, con un bel design, una vista fantastica e molto pulita. Tutti i servizi erano eccellenti e ho particolarmente apprezzato la presenza della lavatrice in camera, super utile. La posizione è perfetta, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus (per raggiungere il monte Fanjing) e con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. L'edificio ospita diversi hotel, quindi una volta usciti troverete un cartello che indica il piano da raggiungere per ogni hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

FFrederikLa camera dell'hotel è pulita e magnifica, ma l'aria condizionata non funziona. La temperatura rimane a 24°. L'hotel ha cercato di risolverla, ma alla fine ci hanno trasferiti nella camera suprema deluxe ( simile alla suite junior ). Tuttavia, ho trovato più di un'abitazione che non funziona: l'aria condizionata rimane a 23°, l'acqua nel doccia fluisce molto debole, l'acqua calda non è calda, le luci nel cabinetto di marcia non possono essere fissate, nessuna scatola di sicurezza! Questa è una camera Deluxe SUPREME. Nessun segno inglese, la colazione non è in par con un hotel 4* o 5*. Wyndham è classificato come 5*!

SSteven DowsonWe arrived via two buses and a taxi, next time we'll drive and there is lots of parking available at the front of the hotel. Receptionists and staff all very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean, great shower, squat toilet. Hotel is a short walk from West Gate, you can follow the road or cut through the trees. We ate at the hotel first evening upon arrival and the food was good home cooking, we also had the noodle breakfast which was basic but good. We were lucky to have great weather on Fanjingshan but it's a stiff hike from West Gate and our legs were sore the next day. After our day on the mountain we stopped at a restaurant close to the gate, and returned here on our second night because the food was fresh, tasty, good value, and they have an excellent view of the mountain opposite (see photos). On our second day we took a taxi down the mountain to the nearest town (taxis use the charging points opposite the hotel) but we had trouble getting back and were fortunate to hitch a lift. The West Gate is preferable to East Gate but it's better to have a car.

Great. I think they saw me wandering about and figured I was looking for their hotel haha. Gave me guidance on how to get to fanjingshan. I booked a budget room with non adjustable temperature but they gave me a fan. Booked for a single bed no window but got a double with window so that was nice. It seems to be run by a nice family. bit of a language barrier but you can communicate over translate - hotels ask for more details than hostels so if you don't speak chinese you should prepare your name, nationality, phone number, previous city etc. with chinese labels beforehand to make the process smoother

Walking distance from train station. You can walk into the central town but there is a nearby bus stop too (although all the buses I went on were crammed). Also walking distance to the tourist centre bus stop to other cities. Has shops below. I think I might have struggled a bit to find it if they hadn't seen me. quite a nice view of the surrounding buildings and their lights
A bit grubby around the edges e.g. the toilet hadn't been cleaned and it was very close to the shower, but it is so cheap you can't really complain
