Stayed 5 nights in a junior suite. Was concerned given previous reviews but they were far from the truth. Very large and comfortable accomodation, top class service, and prime location at a very reasonable price. It was heaps better than the Airbnb we got last year at a similar price.

Hotel di novità terribile, nei 4 piani superiori di un edificio di ufficio. Circa 320 t0 30 minuti a piedi a Shibuya, Ginza o Harajuku o 2 minuti a piedi alla stazione di metro. Il metro è facile da usare, poiché le istruzioni sono in molti linguaggi e si può pagare con monete, banconote o carte. Abbiamo pagato un po 'di più e siamo stati in una più grande stanza con vista 180 gradi. Il minibar generoso riempito ogni giorno. Il personale era al massimo. Il ristorante giapponese è al secondo piano, indipendente dalla noleggio. È un prezzo eccellente e giusto. La colazione era parte del nostro pacchetto e molto sopra la media. Se hai bagagli o non puoi gestire le scale, chiedi al taxi di entrare nel seminterrato da dove si accede all'hotel con facilità Tokyo non è economico ma sarò di nuovo qui.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly (and they all spoke English) and it really made our trip to Tokyo so much sweeter and enjoyable. It was very refreshing compared to the other hotel we stayed at. We were treated very much like VIPs all throughout our stay. Special mention to Yui, Fred and Alexis who helped us with everything from finding stores, spas, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. And was super enjoyable to talk to. They even have great extras like free gourmet coffee, free happy hour drinks, and free morning post hangover shots. Lol! I really like the set up of the room. Its a well thought out layout. It’s spacious and the bathroom layout is separated like a suite - like shower and separate room for the WC. So one doesn’t have to wait for the other and both can use with privacy at the same time. And I can open all the lights on this part of the room early morning and do my make up without bothering my room mate. And black out blinds are really black out. Beds really comfortable. Well done. Definitely recommend and come back again.

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti al Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand. Il nostro soggiorno era piacevole e molto lussuoso. Il buffet è stato eccellente. Abbiamo avuto accesso alla sala del club che era conveniente per le bevande, i snack e la vista del 45° piano. La stazione Shinjuku era a 800 metri da piedi, ma si è dimostrata la parte facile. All'interno della stazione c'è un lago di ingressi, uscite e linee ferroviarie in tutto il mondo. Raccomando il Keio Plaza Premier Grand a chiunque cerca spazio, comfort e lusso.

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso al Keio Plaza Hotel per 4 notti. La stazione di Shinjuku è grande quindi aspettatevi di camminare a poca distanza dall'hotel anche dal sottopassaggio. L'hotel è situato in una zona più tranquilla di Shinjuku, quindi è un bel mix di equilibrio dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa camminando in aree affollate. L'hotel può essere facilmente raggiunto con la limousine aeroportuale direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel dall'aeroporto di Haneda. (Non sono molto sicuro di Narita) La camera era di dimensioni ragionevoli (a causa della tipologia di camera che avevo scelto) ma considerata grande per il prezzo che ho pagato rispetto al resto dell'hotel a Tokyo per circa lo stesso prezzo. il personale era davvero cordiale e disponibile tutto il tempo. Abbiamo potuto depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out presso il concierge dell'hotel. L'hotel è stato generoso nel fornire articoli da toeletta l'Occitane e tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Il letto era bello e comodo. È tutto ciò che ti aspetti da un hotel 4/5 stelle. Sicuramente sceglierò nuovamente questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Tokyo.

Booked a deluxe king for 5 nights through the Hyatt website. The hotel is very large and the common areas are large, beautiful, and decorated in a very classy manner. Views are amazing from pretty much everywhere. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The swimming pool is smaller than I imagined and yes, you do need to reserve a time to use it. The hallways on the floors where the rooms are were quite dimly lit with dark wallpaper. I would say these hallways could use some updating in terms of the decor. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way as the closest metro station (Shibuya) is a 15-20 minute walk. I usually ended up taking the bus or a cab to the station, or when it was early - walked. The shuttle wasn't all that frequent so I never took it. Check-in was very service oriented with someone leading me from the lobby to the check-in desk and giving me the low-down on the hotel. Actual check-in took took longer than I had hoped but I had just come from a 16 hour flight and really just wanted to go to sleep. As a Hyatt Explorist, I was upgraded to a larger corner room with more light. At first, they said they were willing to offer me the room at a special rate and when I said no thanks, they just upgraded me for free. I felt this was weird as you either have the availability to upgrade someone with elite status, or you don't. The room was large by Tokyo standards with lots of windows. I didn't find the decor staid as other reviewers have noted. I would say the decor is classic and refined. I've been to Tokyo several times already so I actually spent a bit of time in the room in the morning before heading out. It was a good amount of space to spread out, have some room service, and just relax. There are power plugs near the bed for those of us who like to charge their phone nearby. TV channels are limited though and there is no way to cast streaming services from your phone. The bathroom has a Dyson hair dryer which I enjoyed. Housekeeping was consistently great. The room was always clean, toiletries replenished, and requests were always delivered promptly. I had the breakfast buffet the first morning I was there and then room service every morning after as it doesn't cost any more than eating in the restaurant. The buffet was great and I would recommend trying it at least once. You get to order one main egg dish or french toast/pancakes and then there is the buffet. The spread wasn't as large as other hotels/resorts I've been to but everything there was high quality and delicious. Oftentimes, larger buffets have a mix of decent food and just edible filler stations. But everything here was really good. All of the food stations were actually very small as the kitchen kept replacing them with fresh food. Room service was always delivered quickly and set up perfectly. I ordered the Japanese breakfast one morning (it's the only breakfast available for delivery at 6am) which was tasty but kind of left me a bit hungry. All other mo

Bello hotel, avrai la possibilità di restare in futuro. La vista della reception è molto buona. Puoi andare al campo di baseball del monaco, e c'è un gioco di baseball nei giorni di soggiorno. I've been using Toyoko Inn hotel chain for many years and they are an excellent choice for travelers looking for a simple and real Japanese experience. This is a business hotel chain so don't expect anything fancy, but if you want to experience a bit of salaryman kind of experience, go for it. The value for money is unbeatable in my opinion. The check-in is late also for Japanese standards (4pm if you are not a member) so you might want to apply for a card membership online in advance. Members can check in at 3pm. Bear in mind that they are rather strict with this, so if you arrive earlier, leave your bags and explore Shinjuku. The single room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus they offer free toiletries and nightgowns in the reception area. The room also comes with a kettle, a fridge and a safe. Unfortunately, I booked quite late so I ended up with a smoking room although I asked to spray it. However, you can still smell it. If you are a smoker that might be convenient for you (especially if you come from Europe where smoking rooms are a memory of the past). The bed was comfortable with a straw pillow which can be hard for someone who is used to feather pillows. Location: This hotel's location is very convenient, situated just a short walk from the metro shinjuku gyoen mae train station, not too far from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku kabukicho, but in a relatively calm area. It's a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku kabukicho (5 minutes by train) and there are a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast: complimentary breakfast which is a simple Japanese breakfast made by two energetic ladies with a generous offer of onigiri, sausages, scrambled eggs, miso soup, sweet bread, coffee etc. You can also take this back to your room in a box provided there if you don't want to eat in the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and japanese business hotel style place to stay in Japan. The hotel offers excellent value for money and the location is great if you like a quieter place near the hustle and bustle.

Questo è stato uno dei migliori hotel a Tokyo, soprattutto nella zona di Shinjuku. È vicino alla stazione di Marunochi per un facile accesso ad altre linee o aree come Shibuya, Ginza e Ikebukuro. Nell'hotel ci sono diversi ristoranti Halal per viaggiatori musulmani. Con un prezzo ragionevole si può ottenere un servizio di lusso premium in questo hotel. La posizione è il grande tratto qui, l'hotel è situato proprio tra molti bar e ristoranti.Grande atmosfera. Come la maggior parte degli hotel a Tokyo, le camere sono piccole ma perfettamente belle solo per dormire e lavare. Il personale del front desk è incredibilmente utile, lasciamo le valigie all'arrivo e poi organizzato il trasporto del bagaglio al check-out.

In generale, l'edificio è di grande nuovo, ma piccolo, con strisce fino al livello dell'ascensore prima di portare il vostro pavimento. Molto scomodo portare tutto pesante e giù (come cammini e bagagli). Quello che non ci piaceva è che uno dei giorni che abbiamo realizzato un straniero (non sicuramente gli ospiti nella nostra unità di prossima porta) poteva entrare nel nostro piano e nel nostro cancello (accesso solo a ciascun piano) che è molto insicuro! Assicurati di chiudere la porta della stanza immediatamente ogni volta che si apre. La nostra camera da 4 era in un altro edificio a circa 3 minuti a piedi dall'edificio principale dove si trova la ricezione. La signora con l'inglese fluido è utile, paziente e amichevole compromessa all'altro che era impaziente con noi quando abbiamo notato che la custodia non ci ha superato nelle camere (tea verde e caffè) per qualche giorno. Il nostro mini appartamento di 2 letti singoli + 1 letti matrimoniali è dotato di una mini cucina + zona da pranzo che è grande come ci sono molti dispositivi di cucina inclusi. Tuttavia, le finestre di tutti i 3 giorni aperte fino ai prossimi edifici, non possono aprire davvero tutto il cammino senza guardare in. Dovrebbe essere un'abitazione, ma abbiamo finalmente fatto una richiesta di vuoto il nostro pavimento dopo 3 giorni, poiché tutti i snacks lasciati dietro dai nostri figli erano appena lasciati sul pavimento, in pezzi o in forma di polvere spezzata o sbattuti sotto i letti ... apparentemente pulitori Solo magia sgrida il pavimento ogni giorno. Anche se hai bisogno dei tuoi letti fatti, devi anche fare una richiesta speciale. I bambini come la zona con cui siamo.familiari, Shinjuku Gyoemae, vicino al giardino. Non più vicino alle strutture, ma c'è un 7-Eleven entro passi dal nostro edificio. Ci rimettiamo definitely.come al prezzo giusto.

È stato il primo capsule hotel 💊 della mia vita! Non avrei mai pensato che sarei stato così a mio agio, C'è una sensazione di pulizia. Un nuovo set di cortesia è stato inserito in una borsa speciale, ea questo prezzo era solo per le donne, Era meglio di quanto immaginassi e sono rimasto sorpreso. L'hotel a capsule è abbastanza spazioso, Era comodo dormire e mi sono addormentato. Una difficoltà è che i bagagli vengono gestiti in un armadietto, Dalle 9:00 alle 10:00 del mattino (orario di check-out), Era molto affollato ed era difficile mettere fuori i bagagli, Perché la doccia è affollata di notte e in fila, Anche il posto per truccarsi al lavabo è affollato, Ti consigliamo di alzarti presto per prepararti o di fare la doccia presto in modo da non dover preparare o organizzare i bagagli durante le ore di punta. Had a good stay at this place. It is only about 7 mins' walk from the Shinjuku Gyoemmae station on the Marunouchi line. When you exit from Exit 2, turn left, turn left and go straight down the road about 5 mins till you come to the main road, turn right and you see the Citadines signboard. The studio double that we booked was well equipped - there was just about everything - microwave oven, kettle, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Located at a quieter part of Shinjuku but plenty restaurants, 7-eleven, lawson and family mart nearby. Service was good . We left our baggage there when we checked out and came back for it later before leaving for the airport.
