We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly (and they all spoke English) and it really made our trip to Tokyo so much sweeter and enjoyable. It was very refreshing compared to the other hotel we stayed at. We were treated very much like VIPs all throughout our stay. Special mention to Yui, Fred and Alexis who helped us with everything from finding stores, spas, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. And was super enjoyable to talk to. They even have great extras like free gourmet coffee, free happy hour drinks, and free morning post hangover shots. Lol! I really like the set up of the room. Its a well thought out layout. It’s spacious and the bathroom layout is separated like a suite - like shower and separate room for the WC. So one doesn’t have to wait for the other and both can use with privacy at the same time. And I can open all the lights on this part of the room early morning and do my make up without bothering my room mate. And black out blinds are really black out. Beds really comfortable. Well done. Definitely recommend and come back again.

Booked a deluxe king for 5 nights through the Hyatt website. The hotel is very large and the common areas are large, beautiful, and decorated in a very classy manner. Views are amazing from pretty much everywhere. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The swimming pool is smaller than I imagined and yes, you do need to reserve a time to use it. The hallways on the floors where the rooms are were quite dimly lit with dark wallpaper. I would say these hallways could use some updating in terms of the decor. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way as the closest metro station (Shibuya) is a 15-20 minute walk. I usually ended up taking the bus or a cab to the station, or when it was early - walked. The shuttle wasn't all that frequent so I never took it. Check-in was very service oriented with someone leading me from the lobby to the check-in desk and giving me the low-down on the hotel. Actual check-in took took longer than I had hoped but I had just come from a 16 hour flight and really just wanted to go to sleep. As a Hyatt Explorist, I was upgraded to a larger corner room with more light. At first, they said they were willing to offer me the room at a special rate and when I said no thanks, they just upgraded me for free. I felt this was weird as you either have the availability to upgrade someone with elite status, or you don't. The room was large by Tokyo standards with lots of windows. I didn't find the decor staid as other reviewers have noted. I would say the decor is classic and refined. I've been to Tokyo several times already so I actually spent a bit of time in the room in the morning before heading out. It was a good amount of space to spread out, have some room service, and just relax. There are power plugs near the bed for those of us who like to charge their phone nearby. TV channels are limited though and there is no way to cast streaming services from your phone. The bathroom has a Dyson hair dryer which I enjoyed. Housekeeping was consistently great. The room was always clean, toiletries replenished, and requests were always delivered promptly. I had the breakfast buffet the first morning I was there and then room service every morning after as it doesn't cost any more than eating in the restaurant. The buffet was great and I would recommend trying it at least once. You get to order one main egg dish or french toast/pancakes and then there is the buffet. The spread wasn't as large as other hotels/resorts I've been to but everything there was high quality and delicious. Oftentimes, larger buffets have a mix of decent food and just edible filler stations. But everything here was really good. All of the food stations were actually very small as the kitchen kept replacing them with fresh food. Room service was always delivered quickly and set up perfectly. I ordered the Japanese breakfast one morning (it's the only breakfast available for delivery at 6am) which was tasty but kind of left me a bit hungry. All other mo

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti al Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand. Il nostro soggiorno era piacevole e molto lussuoso. Il buffet è stato eccellente. Abbiamo avuto accesso alla sala del club che era conveniente per le bevande, i snack e la vista del 45° piano. La stazione Shinjuku era a 800 metri da piedi, ma si è dimostrata la parte facile. All'interno della stazione c'è un lago di ingressi, uscite e linee ferroviarie in tutto il mondo. Raccomando il Keio Plaza Premier Grand a chiunque cerca spazio, comfort e lusso.

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso al Keio Plaza Hotel per 4 notti. La stazione di Shinjuku è grande quindi aspettatevi di camminare a poca distanza dall'hotel anche dal sottopassaggio. L'hotel è situato in una zona più tranquilla di Shinjuku, quindi è un bel mix di equilibrio dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa camminando in aree affollate. L'hotel può essere facilmente raggiunto con la limousine aeroportuale direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel dall'aeroporto di Haneda. (Non sono molto sicuro di Narita) La camera era di dimensioni ragionevoli (a causa della tipologia di camera che avevo scelto) ma considerata grande per il prezzo che ho pagato rispetto al resto dell'hotel a Tokyo per circa lo stesso prezzo. il personale era davvero cordiale e disponibile tutto il tempo. Abbiamo potuto depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out presso il concierge dell'hotel. L'hotel è stato generoso nel fornire articoli da toeletta l'Occitane e tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Il letto era bello e comodo. È tutto ciò che ti aspetti da un hotel 4/5 stelle. Sicuramente sceglierò nuovamente questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Tokyo.

We were looking forward to return to Hyatt Regency because we enjoyed our stay back in December 2019 but was surprised to learn that the complimentary shuttle bus service was discontinued. We end up walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Again, we were informed by the reception that the Japanese breakfast was not available anymore due to the effect of the pandemic. I wanted to take a swim the following morning before heading out and was surprised to learn that the swimming pool was also closed. I might not stay in this hotel anymore next time since several of the service and facilities that were there before were removed.

Hotel davvero amichevole e pulito. La posizione è un po' lontana dalla stazione principale di Tokyo, ma avere la navetta che funziona ogni 20 minuti. Sarebbe stato perfetto se la navetta dura un po' più, come ho sentito che l'ultima navetta è un po' precoce.

Il frigo non ha la capacità di fare ghiaccio, solo per il raffreddamento. Ci è una microonde per uso comune sul 5° flr. Il colazione è molto semplice e leggero. Solo zuppa, pasticceria, caffè, succo di mela, piccolo hamburger per la carne, salada di cavolo. Non molto di scelta.

C'è un autobus per l'aeroporto direttamente davanti alla porta dell'hotel. Quando parti, non importa quanto perdi, puoi correre in aeroporto senza troppi problemi. Questa è diventata l'unica scelta per andare a Tokyo. È molto vicino alla stazione di Shinjuku e cammina per circa dieci minuti. Comprare la colazione in un minimarket e passeggiare in un drugstore diventava un corso obbligatorio ogni volta che percorrevo questa strada. La camera doppia (letto largo) dell'hotel è buona. Ci sono due letti da 1,4 metri. Se una famiglia di tre persone ha un bambino, vivi in questa tipologia di camera. Ci sarà molto spazio. Alcune altre camere matrimoniali. Le normali camere standard sono troppo piccole e troppo piccole. Sembra difficile voltarsi. Ma capisco anche che sono in una posizione d'oro.

4.5 stars! My spouse, son, and I have previously stayed at Kadoya in December 2019. I was delighted with our most recent stay in February 2023. Last time, I booked a triple bed room. This time I booked a ”Fourth Standard - 2 king beds (Universal Design Type -B” room. What a terrific room. The tv set was massive! Even I had to grin at the size of the tv screen. There was a ledge behind the bed which was convenient to put cups on during our evening beverages. We also used the ledge to place our cellphones on overnight as they charged. Ample electrical plugs. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks cool. A microwave is located in the laundry room. The laundry room also has two washing machines and two dryers. All coin operated. There is also a vending machine in the laundry room. Handrails in the shower/tub of the bathroom much appreciated. Staff at Kadoya that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I requested front desk staff to kindly print out documents and they did so without hesitation. Housekeeping staff is friendly and promptly brought me towels and extra wooden hangers when requested. Daily housekeeping service. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all had a pleasant fragrance. We were provided with feather-free pillows and feather-free duvets given our allergies. Room was clean. Ample space for 4 luggages. Excellent location. Close to Shinjuku station. Several dining options nearby. Pharmacy nearby. 24 hour Lawson convenience store next door. Another Lawson across the street. Travel tip: We arrived at Kadoya using the Airport Limousine Bus which departed from Narita. I chose the Keio Plaza Hotel instead of the Shinjuku stop as it is closer to Kadoya. Get off at the Keio Plaza stop and walk through the lobby. Leave the Keio Plaza hotel and walk 2 blocks to Kadoya. When going to Narita, in order to get to Narita quicker I booked the Airport Limousine Bus to depart from Shinjuku as the earliest bus leaving from Keio Plaza hotel was not early enough for me. Catch the bus from Bus Stop 23 located right in front of the Airport Limousine Bus ticketing office, to the left of Keio department store. Currently, Airport Limousine Bus routes and schedules are reduced. All in all a pleasant stay at Kadoya!

È stato il primo capsule hotel 💊 della mia vita! Non avrei mai pensato che sarei stato così a mio agio, C'è una sensazione di pulizia. Un nuovo set di cortesia è stato inserito in una borsa speciale, ea questo prezzo era solo per le donne, Era meglio di quanto immaginassi e sono rimasto sorpreso. L'hotel a capsule è abbastanza spazioso, Era comodo dormire e mi sono addormentato. Una difficoltà è che i bagagli vengono gestiti in un armadietto, Dalle 9:00 alle 10:00 del mattino (orario di check-out), Era molto affollato ed era difficile mettere fuori i bagagli, Perché la doccia è affollata di notte e in fila, Anche il posto per truccarsi al lavabo è affollato, Ti consigliamo di alzarti presto per prepararti o di fare la doccia presto in modo da non dover preparare o organizzare i bagagli durante le ore di punta. Anche il salone all'ultimo piano era elegante e confortevole! Oh, anche questo posto è affollato a seconda dell'ora del giorno ♪ Tuttavia, sono confermato per ripetere. Se vuoi solo dormire, un hotel a capsule è sufficiente! Consigliato a chi non vuole spendere soldi in hotel!

È a 10 minuti dalla parte folle della stazione SHINJUKU, quindi è davvero bello essere vicino, ma non inseguito con tutta quella iperstimulazione. La passeggiata è facile come è su una strada principale, quindi non si può perdere. Come gli altri MIMARU, questo era piuttosto nuovo e meravigliosomente pulito. Il layout è davvero bello, perché tutti e quattro di noi avevano una certa privacy. Era spazioso per un soggiorno, un set di cena e una piccola cucina (ben stoccata, anche se non abbiamo usato). Non c'era vista, ma siamo stati al secondo piano. I letti erano comodi, e i bambini avevano una grande giacca di ghiandole (probabilmente più grande di un hotel di capsula, ma avevano lampo e USB all'interno). Qualsiasi famiglia che prezzi di avere un buon letto (dove avrà bisogno dopo tutte le passeggiate a Tokyo) avrà un buon soggiorno.
