Great location!! Friendly staffs and the rooms are newly renovated,everything are just perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent if you want to enjoy night life of Shinjuku especially the park however it is abit far from the main train station. Most importantly the room is very very very small, you can even open up your luggage.

Good location, metro station is right below the hotel and it’s just a couple minutes walk to the shopping district in Shinjuku. Great view from hotel room as well

I extended our stay in Tokyo and was pleased to find a discounted rate on TRIP.com I booked the double deluxe room with 2 twin beds. The room is bigger than typically most rooms. Room had a long table perfect for getting ready to put make up and also had a long bench too. The hotel is connected to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and had it’s own elevator for the Pepe mall which has Muji, GU and CanDo 100yen store. Location is great and the housekeeping service is good!

The room is very small and but everything is all good. We are very happy

We chose this hotel for its convenient location and the view of the room. Right in Kabukicho Shinjuku, we found many shops and restaurants easily. There is a convenient store right in the opposite side of hotel entrance. We could see the popular Godzilla from the window of our hotel room. The room is small and the price was a bit high during our stay, but you got almost everything you need in this tiny room. The room spray offered is a good idea after having yakiniku!

Good location, lots of food around the hotel with mcdonald’s just opposite. There are also 7/11, Lawson, Family Mart very nearby. Slight walk to the train station but it’s enjoyable as there are many things to see on the way. Room is clean and comfortable. Size of room is small but enough to open one large luggage, suitable for single traveller. View of godzilla from the room.

Nice and convenient. Stop so kindness room so clean I love this hotel so much. 

Room is small with little moving space. However, there is still space to open 2 luggages. Bed size is double, slightly smaller than queen. There is no gym or swimming pool in the hotel. Checking in and out is easy, service is great as staffs are friendly. The staffs are always there to assist you. They are multilingual too which helps a lot. Location wise; it’s just by the side of kabuchiko. There are a lot of food options in the street, sheltered tunnels to Shinjuku JR stations and subways. You don’t have to be under the elements to travel around. There are major departmental stores such as tokyu hands, ioio, bic camera, Isetan there too! Worth booking this place for its location.
