Although the hotel has a long history, it is very well maintained including the public areas and the guest rooms. The SPA was great with a calming atmosphere. The gym was a bit old but had enough facilities to support the workout. We enjoyed the restaurants and the activities in the garden.

Hotel is excellent, but location is on top of a hill and quite a distance from the nearest subway. Suggest that hotel provides regular shuttle service to subway

Not the most bustling area of town/city if that’s what you are looking for. But a really really nice and grand hotel with banquet rooms and nice pretty garden that looks amazing day and night. Room was big and spacious and we even got tempur beds that could be raised/lowered at a touch of a button!

Actually this is the hotel that I proposed on 25.3.2023 and everything is so perfect and thank you for the help from the hotel. We did enjoy every moment no matter the photo taking or the walking at the huge garden. This is the best hotel that I ever see.

The service is great.

A very nice hotel with an elegant traditional garden. The hotel itself is like a museum with a long history. We took a lot of nice photos in the garden. Beautiful!

真心超級滿意 以後東京肯定衹住這裏了 服務是我來日本幾十次裏入住服務最最舒心的酒店。房間設施也很貼心，用起來非常舒適便利。尤其是服務，中英文都有，服務人員是發自內心的服務，從下車辦理入住，到最後離開送上車，都讓你無可挑剔。入住的時候小孩還送了柴犬小玩偶，房間一晚上9瓶歐舒丹中樣再加歐舒丹肥皂2塊。用完第二天都會補上。早餐也很不錯，服務很好，我們忘記帶餐飲券了，去日式餐區我跟接待人員説，我回房間取。對方直接説不用，衹問了我房間號。我後來説一會送來，服務人員也説真的不需要。園林也很漂亮，直接就是一個景點，特別安靜愜意。這次住了2天，我本來想再續住2晚，一起的朋友覺得去銀座太遠了，改住了帝國。説實話去了帝國我真超級後悔。從房間大小到軟件到服務，都不及這裏愜意，我寧願打車來回。5個人打車商務車去帝國3400日幣，酒店前台幫我們代叫的車。酒店的温泉和游泳池等我沒有體驗這次。下次一定補。衹有住過一次的人才能真正體會物有所值！帝國我不建議了，很小，兩邊價格差不多，寧願住這裏。

留給了一個非常好的印象，下次一定會再入住。 環境很舒服、悠閑渡假的酒店。庭園每天有雲海景觀欣賞，環境優美。 酒店餐廳質素也很高，服務和食物一樣很好。 最欣賞他們在庭園裏的菊水樓的鰻魚定食。 酒店房間寬敞潔淨，SPA 、泳池、健身房地方高雅。值得推薦。

非常好的度假選擇 不出酒店也可以達成東京小憩的目的 日式園林，悠靜 游泳池+spa, 日式的考慮周到 日式早餐，搭配完美 酒店的字畫，藝術展品，逛逛也贊。 離地鐵站較遠，帶行李箱從成田機場出來， 比較方便的路徑， 坐機場大巴到新宿後打出租直接到酒店。

椿山荘ホテルは、一年に一度泊まります！ サービス、接客、全て満足出来ます。 最近特に気に入ってるのが、朝食の洋食です。 今まで味わった事のない、サラダの様なオシャレな メインがとても美味しいのです。 スムージーも最高！ この味が食べたくて又、泊まりたくなります。
