amazing garden with great atmosphere. feel much relaxed in stay

I wish the hot spring is much bigger compared to the other facilities of the hotel. The hot spring is small Ans just in door. The garden is spectacular and very good service.

Although the hotel has a long history, it is very well maintained including the public areas and the guest rooms. The SPA was great with a calming atmosphere. The gym was a bit old but had enough facilities to support the workout. We enjoyed the restaurants and the activities in the garden.

Hotel is excellent, but location is on top of a hill and quite a distance from the nearest subway. Suggest that hotel provides regular shuttle service to subway

Not the most bustling area of town/city if that’s what you are looking for. But a really really nice and grand hotel with banquet rooms and nice pretty garden that looks amazing day and night. Room was big and spacious and we even got tempur beds that could be raised/lowered at a touch of a button!

Actually this is the hotel that I proposed on 25.3.2023 and everything is so perfect and thank you for the help from the hotel. We did enjoy every moment no matter the photo taking or the walking at the huge garden. This is the best hotel that I ever see.

A very nice hotel with an elegant traditional garden. The hotel itself is like a museum with a long history. We took a lot of nice photos in the garden. Beautiful!

這是一家親切的餐廳。第二天早上選擇日餐，本來選擇的粥，中文服務告訴我們上成米飯了，本來覺得米飯也挺好不用更換，但這位好客的先生仍然為我們重新上了白粥，我都吃完了，一天都非常温暖。入住的第二個晚上，回酒店晚了，正在想着怎麼跟酒店預訂晚餐時，一位先生為我們提供了中文服務，幫我們帶到西餐廳，餐廳的日語服務生非常nice，提供了周到的服務。園景就不用説了，很美。
