The service was unfriendly, inflexibility, and triable experience. I have never had accommodation with this level of bad customer service.

Solo female & I stayed in the women’s dorm I found it really clean and felt safe especially having a little pod to yourself. The only thing I would say is that it was noisy just from people walking getting in and out of bed etc so bring ear buds for sure! Very safe & very clean I was super impressed

I did not manage to arrive in Japan and check in due to flight delays. The hotel kept rejecting my request for cancellation and refused to communicate no matter how hard I tried to appeal. Take this 1 star from me!

This place is in the heart of Kabukicho. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Huge amount of traffic from tourists. The location is very good for the price. Station is about 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel has its specific systems which might be strange for foreigners, but just follow them and you’ll be fine. I think the criticisms of this place are from people who are expecting western cultural norms or service. This is Japan, you’re a guest, follow the rules. The spaces are very clean, I like the cafe as well. It’s definitely a good stay for solo travelers. You can leave your luggage at the front desk if you’re worried about security.

You have to pay some money for shower about 30 minutes,  but it ok

the staff is so nice I’m appreciated they tried to talk with me in English good location and the room is clean too

Service is very very bad 😡😡😡, if you check out early you can't sit in the lobby waiting for your friend to pick you up. I had to sit on the stairs and wait for my friend to pick me up. They will kick you out of there. Think carefully before booking here.

located in the center of Kabukicho, very convenient good price for just stay a night it is quite a new experience for the first stay in capsule hotel

駅からも近く新宿のメイン通りにあるため、アクセスが良いです。 女性専用のカプセルゾーンもあり、入り口もしっかり施錠されてるのでとても安心です。 シャワーは30分200円（タオル付き）で、ドライヤーやアイロンの貸し出しもあります。 とてもいい施設でした。また利用します。 20代　女性

신주쿠역 서브나드 상가와 접근성은 최고. 그러나 싼 만큼 샤워 비용이 추가 청구 된다는 것이 충격.. 샤워가 유료인 데는 살다살다 처음 봤다. 넷카페라서 게스트들은 6층에 있는 만화책 무료 감상 가능! 아이스크림도 먹을 수 있고 프리드링크가 있는 건 진짜 좋음. 샤워는 회당 200엔. 200엔 내면 샤워룸 열쇠랑 새 타월을 주신다 다만 30분 안에 샤워 마치고 다시 프론트에 키를 돌려 줘야 됨..이 시간이 너무 짧아서 좀 불편... 그리고 캡슐룸이 방 커버가 망사로 되어있어서 밤에는 불빛이 들어와서 푹 잘 수가 없었다. 밤에는 불빛을 약하게 해주든가, 빛이 안 비쳐 들어오는 커버로 해 주든가 뭔가 변화가 필요하다고 생각. 이 부분 주의!! 낮에 계신 여자 직원분은 친절하셨다 :)

위치가 좋고 시설 좋고 가부키쵸 한가운데에서 이 가격에 이 정도로 쉬고 가기 쉽지 않음 숙박보다는 휴식으로 생각하면 가성비는 최고 한국어 안내문 구비. 사진 참고

ฉันถึงโรงแรมและมีลิฟต์บริการด้านหน้าแต่เมื่อเช็คอินต้องแบกสำพาระไปยังชั้นที่พักอีกทีomg กระเป๋าใหญ่และหนักค่อนข้างลำบากและไม่สะดวก หากคุณจะอาบน้ำมีชาทเงินเพิ่มฉันชอบที่นี่สะอาดกว้างมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีกาแฟและน้ำบริการฟรีและทำเลใจกลางเมืองที่สะดวกสุดๆ ประสบการณ์หนึ่งคืนที่ไม่ได้ไปไหนนอกจากนอนฮ่าๆ

嗯… 在歌舞伎町，蠻亂的吧就是説，不太適合女孩子住，洗澡要10塊人民幣還要到前台拿鑰匙，不太方便，過道有很多男的站着怪怪的，不過價格也很便宜，還有免費漫畫可以看，但是洗澡不方便不推薦
