La stanza è molto piccola come indicato ma dotata di finestre e pulita. Considerando i prezzi di Tokyo, rapporto qualità/prezzo è ok. Noi avevamo avvisato per poter fare il late check entro mezzanotte anziché entro le 23 e ci era stato detto ok, al nostro arrivo la struttura era chiusa, nessuno rispondeva alle nostre chiamate/email e citofono. Siamo riusciti ad entrare, grazie ad altri ospiti all'1.20 di notte e bussando alle porte dello staff abbiamo svegliato la receptionist che ci ha quindi poi fatto fare il check in. Un grave disservizio.

Tuttavia, ci scusiamo sinceramente per il disagio che ha incontrato durante il check-in. Nonostante avessimo ricevuto una sua comunicazione in anticipo, non siamo riusciti a gestire la situazione in modo adeguato, e ci dispiace profondamente per il disguido. In futuro, ci impegneremo a migliorare la formazione del nostro personale e a rivedere il sistema di check-in per evitare che episodi simili si ripetano. The hotel size was tidy but it enough for solo traveller. Nearby Ueno station (around 20 mins by walk) Check-in time 11.00 and staff was friendly and good service mind

Very young English speaking receptionist, friendly and helpful. The room is small but it's enough for 2 persons, clean and comfortable.

best hostel in Ueno ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staffs are friendly and accommodating, overall it’s worth the money, strategic location nearby the Ginza Line and close to Ueno/Asakusa, clean room and adequate facilities

It is fine... Room is clean and shower booth is not bad. But some guys smokes cigarettes around or even in the cabin which will send smokes and stink right upto your room.

Sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Nhân viên nice, họ đều biết tiếng Anh. N*** gần tháp Tokyo Skytree vs chùa Senso-ji, gần nhà ga nên di chuyển thuận tiện.
