I said no English or other languages but the front desk still speak English to me. I don’t really speak any of the languages on your screen. But I will write this comment in English for you guys. I enter the room full of ads. This place except is right next to 秋葉原駅 feels like a motel to me. Especially the room, it’s dirty and old and small. I have vent and blanket photo attached. I am afraid of turn on air conditioning. That massage chair is a no need you could just leave an empty place for luggage otherwise I can not find a place to open my luggage at all room too small. By the way, except for check in I speak Japanese at all time to the front desk and they all understand and reply in Japanese. Im a foreigner living in oosaka so I do have fluent Japanese. I was living in 日本橋 hotels and it’s just much better. Maybe a few more stops but the quality.

Super convenient location. Room size ok i can open a large suitcase. there is a massage chair very good. downstairs got everything you need including a Lawson, restaurants and GU and Muji! Stayed on the top floor with magnificent view of 晴空塔

Room is a lot smaller than the other hotel we stayed even though they are the same size / 22sqm. Out of the three nights we stayed, two towels were kinda smelly and visible dust at the bathroom counter. Location still very good! Close to the JR station and so many restaurants and shopping centres.

Good Nixe

Room cleaning is only done after 3 nights of staying. U can request for fresh towels to be given but they will not clean the room or clear rubbish until day 4. In a country where bins are hard to find, the accumulation of rubbish in the hotel room was really difficult for us tourists. Also, room isn't really clean when we check-in. There were hair on table tops, massage chair and bathroom. Dust were also obvious on surface tops. A third of the shower curtain has obvious mold. The room also gets very bright upon sunrise as the light is emitted from the bathroom which is only covered by translucent moldy shower curtain. The rest of the items are good. Service is great, amenities like toothbrush, comb, tea bags, coffee etc can be taken at lvl 6 where u check-in. Entrance to the hotel elevator on ground lvl is besides Starbucks, which is near Exit 1A of Tsukuba Line. It's also close to Lawson, many eateries and even a 24 Hrs Ramen shop. This would have been the perfect hotel if not because of the cleanliness, which is a huge turn-off in such a clean and respectable country.

The check-in process was fast and simple. The room was well maintained and clean. Good location.

Pros - Superb location. You live right above the JR station and the Lawson right under opens for 24 hours. - No serious downsides with a nice room. For the most part it was a nice stay and I'd give a 8/10 overall, so the cons below are a bit nitpicky. Cons - Check in machines. Really hated them and they pop up at every hotel I've stayed recently. Every foreigner I've seen had some problems with them that require manual assistance anyways so check in actually takes more time than when they didn't exist. Not a language barrier problem but more like errors popping up too often. - Slippers are reused. - The side I stayed on faces directly to this building called チョムチョム秋葉原, which in itself isn't a problem. However, it has a hot pot shop on the 5th floor with glass windows all over that opens until 5AM. Staying on the 7th floor, which is the lowest floor possible for this hotel, made it a little uncomfortable to leave the curtains opened at night to an otherwise nice view to wake up to. - The chair in the room has no back support. - One lift doesn't reach the ground floor out of the 3, and I seem to catch that one way more often and had to change lifts on the reception floor most of the time. Overall for the price I paid (about 35000JPY for 2 nights) it's a decent stay compared to my other experiences in Japan. The greatest strength is its 0 minute from JR station and easy access to convenience stores. If these 2 are not your great priorities there are more competitve alternatives around Akihabara.

Idk if someone is ok with the mess in a hotel, but it wasn’t even slightly cleaned. It was a total mess. I wanted to cancel my booking but the hotel rejected my claim.

Not bad hotel, but starting to show it’s age a bit and there are cheaper options of similar standard nearby. Cleanliness was ok but could be improved.

Great location near central Akihabara. But cleanliness was not as good as it used to be (compared to the past few years)

I loved my stay here. The accommodations and amenities were great, the location was fantastic and very convenient. The guest relations representatives were very warm, friendly, and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. This was my first stay in Akibahara and I had a great time!

Room is kinda small but overall is ok

Great location next to Akihabara station. Rooms are clean. The elevators are confusing and slow. I can't go back because the rooms are too small, even by Tokyo standards. I was constantly tripping over everything.
