The service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. The concierge team was particularly helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting with transportation and reservations.

According to the price overall nothing to special I can write. The staff should be polite and humble with the guest in the reception desk . Cleaning wasn't good specially the floor mat . It was dusty and I feel uncomfortable. Overall we had great time. 👍

Within walking distance to Happo-en where I had to be for business. There is a bakery shop opposite the garden and their tarts are superb! Hotel shuttle takes takes to you to the nearest shopping mall with many options for shopping, eating and just walking around to explore.

Beautiful hotel nested in a high class housing district. Shuttle bus service to the hotel is provided from Meguro station every 15min. Beautiful Japanese garden on the ground floor.

I spent two weeks as is code enough to everything I needed throughout my stay. Good location, well run, really pleasant staff and multiple restaurants. Great value for money.
