Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the subway. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. There's also a massage chair in the room, which is great after a long day of walking and exploring the city.

Location is great, once you exit the metro station and you can see it easily. The hotel is modern, new and the room is very clean and stylish for solo travelers like me. What’s most impressive is that there’s a massage chair in the room which made me wanted to return to hotel earlier after shopping for the whole day, fantastic !

The stay is amazing with Tokyo Tower view. The location is prime as well. Nice to have massage chair in the hotel room. Though space is limited, the massage chair really helped me to wear off my tired legs after a long day of city walk.

The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms by itself are convenient but quite small, but this is Tokyo;) they only offer a eco friendly room service, what makes sense but would be great to clean the room properly.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

The hotel is overpriced for such a small room and not clean; dust on table and strains on bed. And without basic guest service. I’m a tourist and do not have local phone number; I ask the hotel staff to help to make a restaurant reservation for me, surprisedly they refused and said they do not have this kind of service.

Great location… super close to the subway station and few tourist spots (walking distance) The view from the hotel is amazing and the service was wonderful. I’m gonna come back to stay here in next Japan trip. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel

Solid hotel at a great location, there were no real issues although one thing to note are there’s no laundry
