Very clean rooms and facilities as general with a friendly staff on a great location near of Tokyo Station.

Mitsui Garden is a nice hotel. The room is functionally large enough especially for Tokyo standard and adequately equipped. Nothing to shout about. What is great about the hotel is its location. It is a stone throw away from 1 of the entrances to the underground shopping mall connected to Tokyo Station. Barring the 1min walk from the hotel to the underground mall entrance, you can walk to Tokyo Station without exposing yourself to the elements. Just make sure you are not distracted by the shops and restaurants if you are rushing for train. We strongly recommend Mitsui Garden for its remarkable location.

Great location, good size bedroom and very kind staff,highly recomended.Lots of food options nearby and ones open 24 hours too.The transportation is conveni ent.

Very good location, easy to walk to Tokyo station! The room is comparatively big that can fit to open more than two luggages! Just the room has many dust around - air is not that good.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi was great value for money. My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon and were greatly impressed. We booked a room that included breakfast and filled up each day before exploring Tokyo. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful and the check in/check out process was super easy. We’d come back!

Hotel location is near to Tokyo Station, convenient for out to town day trip. Good and clean facilities, except the morning breakfast cafe is small. There is a short queue for breakfast at peak hour from 8am to 9am.

The room itself is ok. Setting inside the room is a bit old but roomy. There is no USB plugs so still need to get adaptor in order to charge. Bathroom is roomy but without any counter to place items which is inconvenient. Other than that, all is ok.

Distance from Tokyo Station - 8~10min but with luggage, it is advisable to use Yasue Underground Shopping mall all the way towards the end of this mall in direction of Giza Line or Artizon Museum. Pushing luggage this way is much easier than surface road conditions with a lots of bumps. Once you have the orientation, this hotel in fact a nice location with Takashimaya on the left and Yasue, Daimaru and Tokyo Station underground malls behind the hotel. No issue for any food as can settled at Yasue Underground mall. Convenient Shop across the street. You could have walked past this hotel if you are not focus as the lobby is at second floor. Small lobby but staffs' hospitality is "big". Nice chitchat with English. Easy check-in but don't expect any early check-in. Small breakfast area with limited choice but of good quality. Simple dish like miso soup can judge the effort chef put into so please do not judge. Not too sure there is an omelets station but probably you should get yours done if you ask. Room wise is new, clean and toilet is good size, not tiny. No study table but this made up by having a coffee table with 2 chairs.... well that's better with more walking space. Very disappointing is still no USB ready switch or wall plugs. So please BYO Japan adaptor and phone chargers. Internet is good, not constantly dropped. TV as usual, don't expect too much of programs in English. Oh, opposite is construction. Ask for quiet facing. Mine faced the office next to hotel... typically can see the staffs working. Will be backed if back to Tokyo.

Quite old but location is excellent

The hotel service is in general good. However, it is a little inflexible. Our family stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with 3 rooms. While we are asking to extend the check out time of o only one room for one hour (in order to pack the luggage after shopping in the early morning), the hotel staff said we needed to pay for 2000 yen for extending the one hour.

Location was great. It was nice to have amenities. Maybe add more option for the breakfast. Almost eaten same food for 4 days

Location excellent, service good, room to improve on cleanliness, lighting inside the not enough, prefer to have sufficient table top for opening two baggage.
