The hotel is conveniently located at the airport, making it a great choice if you have an early flight. The hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly assisting us with our luggage and guiding us to the lobby for check-in. Upon check-in, we received coupons for the onsen and bar, although we didn't have time to use them.
The hotel room, while relatively small, is still very good for Tokyo standards. The bathroom is relatively spacious and well-equipped. Plus, there's a bustling shopping street right downstairs from the hotel, making it super convenient for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.
All in all, our experience was really positive, and I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Location was so convenient and easy to find after a long flight. The hotel has a modern and sleek look. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower stall. The breakfast at the hotel is a must...try Japanese breakfast it was so delicious. We will be coming back.

A Convenient Oasis at the Airport
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. The first thing that struck me was its pristine condition; it’s as if everything is still brand new. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its location within the airport terminal. With a multitude of restaurants to choose from just steps away, dining options were abundant and diverse. It made my stay not only convenient but also delightful, as I had the opportunity to savor a variety of cuisines without venturing far.
The sheer convenience of being so close to everything in the airport was a game-changer for me. No more rushing to catch a flight or worrying about delays – I was right where I needed to be. It took the stress out of travel, and I appreciated that immensely.
I’m already looking forward to my next trip and staying at this hotel again. It’s a testament to its quality that I can’t wait to return. If you’re seeking a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed.

The service was good! The front desk tried to assist us with travel. Printed out step by step instructions to caught a train with the destinations stops included. The japanese breakfast was best. Loved the entry to the hot springs , using your hotel room pj's and house shoes. Great location. The Grand Hotel is right in front across the hall, so you can choose either hotel.

I think this hotel is overpriced. The room very small so not suitable for family.Its near to airport but far from city. So if you want to go city, better choose other hotel. Otherwise, if you just want to hang around airport area, it is perfect
