Un posto pulito, ottimo in cui soggiornare, e la sua posizione proprio sopra una stazione ferroviaria ha reso il viaggio davvero facile.

Alla fine, ho chiesto la fermata dell'autobus limousine, ma mi è stato detto nel modo sbagliato e sono finito a correre con il mio grosso bagaglio.

Ho aspettato, ma ci è voluto troppo tempo, e quando gli ho detto che avevo fretta, un impiegato è uscito dal retro. Fin dall'inizio, se avessi chiamato subito qualcuno, non mi sarei sentito a disagio.

We booked 2 rooms and stay for 10 days. They have car rental very near the hotel. We can rent the car any time. We can walk down to the shipping place all day long. There are plenty of restaurants around there. We planned to stay this hotel for a year but it was full all the whole year. Luckily, the hotel is available this time for us. It is very convenient and we look to come again.

Location of this hotel is super convenient, it's right next to JR Akihaba station so we can easily go to any destinations we want. Even though the size of the guest room is a bit small, but hey, this is Tokyo, everywhere else is small. Housekeeping service is also excellent. I will stay at this hotel again on my next Tokyo visit.

Location is just as I expect and need,, next to the metro railway stations, easy to reach other places even you don't plan ahead. Check-in / out procedures are super simple even this is my first experience using the machines alone. The staff are polite and patient. One of them tried to explain to me how to go to a subway ticket pass office which is in the location outside Akihabara. He doesn't speak much English but still tried to use the tablet to communicate with me. Not so efficient but I am not in a rush. Finally, I got to where I wanted to go. Mission is achieved.

Truly love my stay at this hotel! This hotel located next to the train station and we could travel to other places so easily! The staffs are all very polite!
But the self check in machine was kinda hard to use as after spending 10 minutes on the machine, it said the check in could be processed… And then a staff came out and manually check us in with just a minute! Why do they even bother to use the self check in machine when the staff could manually check guest in so quickly…
