If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel within 30 minutes of Shibuya or Shinjuku, this place is a reasonable choice. The room was compact — a bit tight for two people — and unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, leaving me with a sore back each morning. On the surface, the room appeared clean, but a closer look revealed some areas that had been overlooked, which was disappointing. That said, the bathroom was decent for everyday use, with a modern toilet and a good-sized TV which we couldn’t use except for viewing the information given by the hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Suitengumae Station is about a 9-minute walk from the hotel, and there’s a Lawson nearby for late-night snacks and drinks — a handy bonus.

Good value hotel close to 2 subway stations. Staff is nice and ready to help. You are greeted with 2 coffee cards upon arrival. Room was small but we managed to fit 4 suitcases and sleep comfortably. They provide with all the amenities. I would come back!

We've been arranged for a QUITE SMALL twin bedroom so we CANNOT OPEN OUR LUGGAGE 😔. We only can put our luggage under the TV table and the fridge is also under the TV table so we CANNOT OPEN THE FRIDGE after put our luggage😖. The toilet is always stinky😓.

Really nice hotel

It’s a bit far from the touristy places other than Shibuya. We had to walk a lot if we weren’t alighting from TCAT.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic—it's in a nice area, and the metro is just about a 7-minute walk away. There are also several stations nearby, making it very convenient to get to any part of the city. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room cleaning was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The only minor downside was the bed placement in my room. A small hallway or a slightly different layout would have made it more comfortable.

The room was cozy & slightly smaller than the picture but I was still able to open up my 28" luggage. Room was clean & new. The hotel staffs were friendly and polite! Ordered some items and have them sent to the hotel & they received them on my behalf. Though it has access to various subway lines, it was a little inconvenient. 10 - 15 mins away from Ningyocho & Hamacho. Nearest 1 (about 5 - 7 mins walk) is Suitengumae. Not many cafes around this area. Nonetheless, I'm still satisfied with my stay here :)

Overall a very quiet and decent hotel. for first timer, it takes a while to find the hotel location. About 5 mins walk to suitengumae subway and airport Limousine bus terminal. Hotel is located around local housing neighbourhood and great to be a little away from the tourists crowded area. The only downside is that my room window is directly facing in front of an apartment door. The distant is so near that I have to keep my blind closed all times :(

It was a pleasant stay here

Well staff was very friendly and countertop workers easy to communicate. Location is overall good. You have to walk 5min to get into metro station and nearby there was lots of food choice. Have the bus stop right front and left side of your hotel. Best thing was it was so close to the city air terminal which goes direct buses to the airport. It only took me mostly 4 minutes get there. Since taxi is expensive it good choice. And it was clean. But please next time restock the amenities at least in 2 day such as toothbrush and toothpaste.

I had a pleasant stay at S Peria Inn Tokyo! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. It’s conveniently located near a convenience store, which was great for grabbing snacks or essentials. While the walk to the train station takes about 15 minutes, it's manageable and didn't impact my experience too much. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo!

It is a new hotel. Stylish. That said be aware - the rooms are tiny and it is meant for Japanese people: no knifes for breakfast, the breakfast menu is mostly Japanese and there’s only green tea in the rooms.

The area very cozy and quiet.

Nice service and hygiene. For the location, there is a convenience store nearby and 3 minutes distance from the railway. Overall, it was a great hotel.
