E' molto buono, dalla reception alla camera, dalla colazione alla cena, ecc., ogni dettaglio è curato e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto alto. Soprattutto i piatti e il servizio nel ristorante giapponese dell'hotel sono così autentici, cosa che ha reso molto felice mia madre, che non dimenticherà mai il ristorante giapponese. Era la prima volta che soggiornavo all'Hilton Conrad. Non mi aspettavo che il servizio e la qualità fossero migliori di quelli del Ritz-Carlton e del Peninsula. Mi è addirittura piaciuto di più. Purtroppo non ho potuto cancellare l'hotel in seguito altrimenti avrei dovuto prolungare il soggiorno di due giorni, peccato. Tuttavia, abbiamo sviluppato un nuovo continente e lo visiteremo più spesso in futuro!

Il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato negli ultimi anni. La suite di 100 metri quadrati è abbastanza grande. I pasti che ho ordinato in camera erano sorprendentemente deliziosi. La colazione è ottima. La vista fuori dalla finestra è fantastica. Ci vogliono circa dieci minuti per raggiungere Ginza a piedi. La stazione della metropolitana Keiki è molto comoda. Questo hotel mi piace molto.

In general, staff was polite. The hotel facilities and the room were well kept. The view from the room over the water and garden was nice. Breakfast options were wide, from Japanese to Western.

It was overall a great stay. Felt like a five star hotel! The location is great. You can easily walk to Ginza area.

everything is perfect but the staffs, they r beyond amazing. my plan was going to book four seasons next time when i come to tokyo but now conrad tokyo is number one choice.

Perfect stay at Conrad one of the best hotel in Tokyo . We booked premeir twin bed room for 3 guests inclusive of breakfast for 2 nights. We arrived 11am early and was given us to access spa for shower and freshen up after 6 hours midnight flight. We were assign 24th floor with good city view and very spacious room. As we booked for 3 guests so additional bed was set up inside the room.. The bathroom extremely spacious with separate basin bathtub and standing shower and toilet. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. It is a little pricey but worth for the stay

Booked the bay view room and the view was simply lovely. The only point deduced from full mark is that the hotel ran out of foam pillow when I requested it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the major Shimbashi station connecting to all major stations in Tokyo. The room is spacious, clean and the service is top notch.

Conrad hotels never fail to impress me, and Conrad Tokyo is no different. The service is personal and professional, and the offerings at the executive lounge are delicious - I’d go for the breakfast here, especially the cooked food section. There’s a nice gym and pool inside the spa level too!
