房間很大，景色開闊，服務態度都很不錯，大堂也很漂亮，早餐選擇太少，西式免費，也就是麵包加各種蛋，冷盤很難吃，日式要加錢，也沒有鮮榨果汁。

麗思卡爾頓是個老牌酒店了，時間有點長，但是酒店保養維護等我不錯，設施雖然不是很新，但是還蠻乾淨的。房間的牆面有個護牆小木條，一覺醒來，掉地上了。清潔打掃人員感覺是整體外包，都是會講流利英語的外國人，不是本地日本人。酒店整體人員英語流利，溝通完全沒有問題。這個酒店地理位置很方便，樓下就是Midtown，吃喝，購物，超市，葯粧店等都很方便。而且都不要走出室外，就在酒店樓下，非常方便。

房間很一般，沒什麼特色，，價格貴，性價比低 遇到一個會説中文的前台，態度超好，幫忙安排了一個可以看到富士山的房間 酒店周邊還不錯

從來不寫評論的人，短訊彈出來一條訊息連結過來寫兩句。一家三口還有娃的奶奶姥姥，共5人4晚。第三天早餐點了4份班尼迪克蛋，很久沒上，等待中，懷疑被露點了。後面領班的經理過來道歉，應該確實是把我們露了，心情全無最後上來了沒吃。最後經理一直道歉，我説給些實際行動。晚餐酒店懷石料理直接8折，第二天退房直接給延到三點，下午5:30飛機飛北京，2點退的房。餐廳經理應該是東南亞的一位女士，個子不高。做得非常優秀。做事情沒有不出錯的，一個是錯的概率還有就是事後處理問題的方式很能力。當晚懷石料理餐廳經理直接門口等着迎接態度相當讓人佩服。另外酒店景色無敵，周圍小餐廳非常多。推薦！
