Very impressive with the hospitality of the hotel staff. From train station pick up service (complimentary) to the check in process , throughout 3 days we stayed there. Thanks.for the complimentary afternoon tea to my family. And the gifts 🎁. We not expecting this. They assisted us to book the slot to Jade Snow Dragon basic package at competitive prices(we also checked other traveller's how much their package during inbound flight Laundry machine is perfectly bonus service ful for us who already 3 days on the go before check in this hotel. DIDI service to ancient city just around 10Y average and it easily available once you booked. there is one halal restaurant within walking distance. Ample room space for 5 of us, bed with hearer pad

We had a memorable experience during our family trip in Lijiang. The Owner was so kind which was beyond our expectation. He managed all kind of tour plan, hired taxi for us (because don't know Chines Language). Even though he managed domestic air tickets for us by using his mobile apps. Which was very helpful for us, otherwise we could go to airport to purchase air ticket. The Hotel's all fittings are modern (specially well protected from cold weather) and watch mountain view from the window. The Hotel is also very close to famous China Antient City. They also have free hotel pick up facilities, which is very helpful for new comer. I strongly recommended to others to stay over there and get wonderful hospitality.

The hotel is so good that after staying 3 nights I decided to extend another day stay in this same hotel . After the initial 3 initial days location is OK because it is very quite and environment is good . The hotel owner /manager in assisting guests staying in witnessing them helping a guest who had problem opening her bag due faulty lock .

Quite new hotel, but not located nearby ancient city, but use Didi easy to get anyway.owner Mr chang is quite nice & friendly..if u preferred stay near ancient city, this is not your choice, if u like quiet, yes choose this. Large room with electric heat blanket

Room is new and big. The boss (大鹏) is very friendly and helpful. He will advice us on what to be aware of. It's a ease of mind as he helped us to arrange the transport to and from train station and also our tour to snow mountain. Trust worthy kind of boss. Would stay again.

房間是三樓的乾淨衞生，很不錯。環境也挺好的，房間也比較靠譜，舒服，我們四個人住一個家庭房很舒服，很不錯，很寬敞，老闆推薦古城打卡路線也很好，我們做的攻略也沒有采坑，完完全全的一個絕對好玩，服務態度也非常的不錯，周邊的小環境很安靜，主要是我有行李箱，有電梯，不用拉着走，不用爬樓梯，出現方便，推薦

我們是家庭出遊，房間夠大夠寬敞，行李比較多，也夠地方放，之前問了一下古城周邊的停車費用都非常非常的高，這個酒店的免費停車非常方便，非常靠譜，老闆人也很不錯，提前聯繫我們給我們發好了位置，我們一家人過來玩了幾天，旅遊規劃都是老闆給定的也非常的靠譜，房間也挺乾淨的，主要是靠譜啊，家人們誰懂呀！挺推薦這家酒店，相當的不錯，周邊也有很多比較靠譜的小吃店，配套設施也很多很方便，距離古城也很近

房間很大很舒服，非常的乾淨衞生，老闆服務態度也非常好，主要就是停車呀，非常的方便。設施也都非常的齊全，智能的馬桶也都有。周邊的小吃店品類很多，便利店也有非常齊全。咱就説距離古城也不遠，就是很舒服呀。老闆也可以給你泡泡茶，咱們喝喝茶聊聊天。酒店這種設施真的非常可以。性價比也非常的高，價格方面也很合理。

趕在國慶期間出來玩，沒想到在麗江住的這家酒店能給我這麼多驚喜，這家酒店在古城外面，交通很便利，而且提供免費停車，這點就讓我很滿意，而且這家酒店是新裝修的，裝修環境非常好，住進去感覺非常舒服，老闆人也特別好，有一種回到自己家的感覺特別隨意。還要提一點哈，他家衞生間是乾濕分離的哦，非常nice，嘿嘿

看了其它住店客人的評論後才定的這家酒店，到了之後，看到老闆對人很熱情，還幫忙提行李，先把車停好後，還給我們泡茶喝，橘子也很好吃，有電梯上下樓也非常方便，還讓他幫忙定了麗江千古情的票，比在現場買便宜些！去古城玩也是幫我們做攻略，走的時候又幫忙提行李上車，還送了一盒小禮品🎁，真心感謝🙏

我是幫家裡人訂的房間，他們説房間很舒服，比較乾淨衞生。老闆服務態度也非常的不錯，推薦的景點兒也非常的靠譜。逛古城也是接送的。這次體驗感非常不錯，中路邊的小餐館兒也都挺好的，附近什麼都有，挺方便的。總之沒有踩坑

酒店真的很不錯，特別是老闆幫我們規劃的行程也特別靠譜。周邊都有特色的小餐廳，要比古城裡便宜，特別是停車免費。房間乾淨，衞生，衞生打掃的也比較及時。我們要多續住了幾晚，真的挺不錯的，值得推薦一下，想要住古城外面的朋友可以選擇考慮住在這家酒店。
