Recensioni su Hilton Tokyo Odaiba

Sebbene Odaiba sia un posto molto carino, dista circa un'ora e venti minuti con i mezzi pubblici da Shinjuku, per esempio. Ho soggiornato in due hotel a Odaiba e sceglierei sempre il Grand Nikko, piuttosto che l'Hilton. L'Hilton è vecchio, ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato e sono stati trovati piccoli "errori" nella mia stanza (vedi le foto). La coda per la colazione è inaccettabile, l'ho sperimentata solo una volta in un hotel a cinque stelle. La colazione deve essere più varia. Per quanto riguarda il personale, è stato abbastanza professionale e ospitale.

Il cibo giapponese nell'hotel è molto buono, ha un bell'aspetto online e ha un buon sapore. Puoi vedere lo spettacolo pirotecnico di Odaiba fuori dalla finestra

Very beautiful hotel. A legit 5 star. Very clean room and spacious. Neat to the station. The hotel breakfast was superb. I would love to come back again

It is a hotel with great location, but expect nothing else. First time in a Hilton that has minimal facility, swimming pool facilities need to charge customers. Ridiculous

we had an amazing stay during my birthday the scenic view of the rainbow bridge from our room made it romantic

My stay at Hilton was great! Overall I’d give it a 3/5 though. As amazing as the staff was, I was a bit disappointed with how they had extra charges for services and amenities. To use the pool there was an extra charge for each time. Luckily I was already a Hilton Honours member but if I wasn’t I’d have to pay for wifi as well. Just with the above 2 it’s a bit lame in the sense that they are pretty standard services. Like even train stations provide free wifi so it should be included in the charge. And for the spa it’s understandable if there’s a charge but for the pool ? Kinda a bummer. Anyways that’s the only negatives. For the pros, the location is just THE BEST!! You want to go anywhere, the station nearby is can take you to mainline stations within minutes. Odaiba itself is also pretty great itself with 2 big malls, many photogenic spots and the Gundam statue within 5 minute walk of the hotel. Staff is also exceptionally friendly and courteous. There’s heaps of restaurants within the hotel itself that have fine dining. Room was also pretty big and I had requested 2 twin beds and they made it happen. Overall for a 5 star hotel, the room could have been a bit fancier but it still sufficed. Would recommend a stay for sure!

Just a little disappointed because in Trip.com I booked a double room, but at check in they give me 2 beds room. But excpet this, Hotel is very high level, western breakfast with good choice. Good location for visit exhibition at Big Sight.

Nice hotel with good view and service，lots shops and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location, stunning views and the area is incredible. Rooms are spacious. Pool use is incredibly expensive. One swim for an adult and two children cost $75 - it does get cheaper if you use it multiple times. Pillows were not overly comfortable.

Service at Hilton was great. View from the room can even see Mt Fuji on a clear day. Highly recommend.
