New opening hotel, clean and tidy room, receptionist always say hi with smile when you back in hotel. Recommend!

The staff are nice and helpful. Clean environment, Great service with great facilities, have a few convenient stores nearby, can take the bus to metro, good experience.

The hotel location is good. There are several bus routes to various scenes. Also, there is a nearby shopping mall, which we can have good breakfast.

I recently stayed at this newly designed hotel and was impressed by its modern aesthetics. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel offered a wide selection of amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring small-sized portions of various dishes, allowing me to sample many options. The only downside was the hotel's distance from the nearest subway station.

The room was small but expected in Shinjuku. Everything I needed was there. I love having the washing machine in the room.

The hotel is super new which is amazing but hotel rooms are small and it’s noisy at night.

Everything is just perfect except for the location. Its not close to any station within walking distance. The hotel is located in an artificial island in the chuo district. Every time we moved, calling uber is definitely a necessity. Besides that, the room, the food, the washroom, the bed and amenities are simply excellent. We chose this hotel because its newly opened recently. We suggest that free regular shuttle to nearby station should be offered to room guests.

Very very terrible experience with this hotel, I was just abruptly shocked by someone else opening my door to my room while I was just done with my shower and about to lie on the bed. A duplicate key was given to another guest by accident at check in for the same room and they came in thinking it was their room, poor couple was equally shocked. I am traumatised by this experienced as my privacy was invaded due to the mistake of the hotel. No recovery was done by the staff as well.

環境不錯，周邊都是居民區，有兩個大型生活商超，附近也有很多便利店，還有一個警署，很安心～提供的洗漱用品也很豐富，入住退房都很方便～步行至最近的地鐵站大概十分鐘，會路過一座橋，到了夜晚塔樓會亮燈，很有日劇氛圍感～

2024年新開的酒店，位於東京中央區，鄰近豐洲市場，環境安靜，旁邊有7-11，酒店後面有個24小時的超市Maruetsu，生活機能便利。自駕旅客則可選擇酒店提供的私人停車場，每日收費3,000日元，可多次出入。 行政角房比較寬敞，採光度好，有35平米，可同時打開兩個大行李箱，浴室乾濕分離設計佳，有兩個洗臉盆，每天清潔房間和更換新睡衣，衞生非常好。但需注意房間未配置USB插頭，需自備轉接器。 免費健身房和大堂有貼心備品服務（如舒緩膏葯、面膜、髮油、浴鹽、lotion、茶和咖啡膠囊等）前台人員能以英文溝通，態度友善且效率高。酒店提供手提秤供使用。 缺點：位置非直接位於觀光核心區（如新宿、澀谷），坐計程車去銀座約1500日圓左右。

由於是新開的酒店（ 2024）所以選擇入住，但入到房間發現房間不算很大而牆身亦有破損，沒想到新開的酒店牆身已經有破損亦沒有人修補。 我選了寬闊的單人床，但其實和普通的單人床沒什麼分別。

設施：設施齊全 衞生：非常好 環境：不在市區裏面，也不是直接靠着地鐵，但是馬路寬敞，附近超市很方便，偶爾有比較吵鬧的車經過，對於自駕的我來説，也停車場很方便，非常滿意。 服務：中規中矩很好，沒問題 去商圈去機場去台場都很方便，附近也沒有人來人往，住着還是很舒服的，唯一不足的是，我定的時間段有點小貴。
