1.  The airside room was great for some airplanes viewings.  A few photos of the views are added . 2. It would be nice to have a sauna or steam room to relax and warm up, since the weather was freezing.   That would have been an ideal break for travellers who are just staying over for the night, or two, and flying off early morning.

The staff is very helpful! As i lost my bag at Keikyu station, the staff assist me to communicate with the railway staff until get back my bag. Hotel just right next to the monorail station, only 1 station away from Haneda Airport T3, just make sure you manage to catch the last train on 11.45pm. The room is new and super clean.

Staff helpfully allowed us to upgrade to a larger room, and allowed early check in early (before 12 noon). Location is great, and make use of the free hotel shuttle to Haneda (seamless)! Breakfast was top notch in terms of quality and spread.

Greeted with great service, the room was spectacular. Very new and modern design, pretty spacious for Tokyo. Easy to get to from Tokyo city, and just within 10mins to airport by train as the train station is just right outside the hotel (the hotel provides shuttle bus too), best if you are catching a flight or you want to rest before entering the city. Convenient store and pharmacy is just downstairs, and some restaurants, so it's very easy to get what you need.

Great location! Only a 10 minutes train from the Terminal to the hotel. The hotel is clean and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would recommend for a short or extended stay. Train station and convenience store are with walking distance.

Hotel is conveniently located from Haneda airport. Hotel website provides easy to understand directions. Hotel was clean and has facilities such as coin laundry where you can even check the status from the tv in the room. There is a gym too though didn’t check it out. Room was well equipped too and has a small working area too. Will return if I need to stay near Haneda again.

Close enough to airport but as we arrived after midnight, the monorail was not operating. So we had to take a taxi to the airport and it just took a few minutes. Hotel reception is semi automated, there is a machine that helps to scan documents. We also requested a baby card and it was good breakfast was fine, a mix of Japanese and western food. There’s also a morning shuttle bus to the airport, but it goes according to a schedule so you need to figure out what timeit leaves the hotel.

Hotel was great, a little hard to find but overall it was a nice quiet stay close to the airport.

Very handy located near Haneda airport. Design includes airport themed corridors. Rooms are ok sized for Tokyo and, with this being most likely used for early departure or late arrival, more than adequate. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the price reasonable. Good connection to metro and into Tokyo. Would return.

Excellent Service in a high class hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who has an early flight at Haneda Airport. They even have a free bus shuttle to the airport! Very convenient.

Close to the Haneda airport. Lots of restaurants in HI City (the area of the hotel). Surprisingly nice rooms and very very good service with courteous staff.
