A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

Caveat: only stayed here one night and left early morning so we didn’t experience the gym or breakfast. Service was great, such as the staff waiting for us in the lobby at 5:40am because they knew we’d booked a taxi and wanted to help with the bags. That kind of proactive service. Martinis at the bar were perfect; live music made for nice ambience; check in and express check out on the TV were super quick. Dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant downstairs was delicious although surprising the staff barely spoke any English (we arrived from a small country ryokan so this was surprising in Tokyo). But Japanese people are so wonderful and friendly you can always get by with some menu pointing and miming. The real magic here though is having your own balcony, which in central Tokyo is a rare treat (pic is our view from balcony). I’d definitely stay here again.

Siamo una famiglia di 4, che soggiorna 9 notti al Pullman Tamachi in 2 camere adiacenti. La nostra esperienza dell'hotel e in particolare del personale è stata eccezionale. Abbiamo ricevuto generosamente un check-in precoce e un check-out molto tardivo (possibile aiuto dal mio status di Diamond All.Accor) che ha reso più facile gestire il nostro giorno di arrivo e di partenza. Grazie Jakapun (direttore delle camere) Le camere erano generose in dimensioni, ben designate e ben arredate. Il colazione nel principale ristorante era grande con una vasta gamma di opzioni. Il personale era attento e il cibo era riempito come necessario. La posizione era perfetta per noi, a piedi dalla linea principale che collega le stazioni più occupate, ma lontano dalla caserma per offrire un santuario molto bisognoso, evidenziato dal tetto giardino superiore, terrazza e salone esecutivo. Il più grande lode va al personale del salone esecutivo, guidato da Jordan e Masa e il loro grande personale di supporto, ma non vedo ancora che il personale di tutto il mondo offre i livelli di servizio che tutti hanno fornito durante il nostro soggiorno. Da chiedere a noi cosa ci piace e cosa ci pensavamo, da offrire opzioni, fare prenotazioni e inviare e-mail frequenti con istruzioni e i percorsi elencate, hanno fatto della nostra esperienza a Tokyo una memorabile per la mia famiglia. La loro attenzione al dettaglio, entusiasmo e piacere di sentire abbiamo avuto un grande giorno sulla base delle loro raccomandazioni, ha fatto la differenza. L'hotel è molto fortunato di avere personale come voi tutti. La mia famiglia e io vi ringrazio per il vostro eccezionale servizio e una memorabile esperienza di vacanza. All good except swimming pool because kids are not welcomed, unless we go to Prince Hotel (10min walk) which needs to pay. I booked this hotel because it has swimming pool for my girl (9-year-old) and located next to Tokyo Tower, unfortunately kids are not welcomed to the pool. I will not come again next time, it is not kids friendly. It ruined my trip.... The sky bar too, kids are not allowed to get in for dinner....... We stayed there for 4 nights, we saw that an empty chocolate bag next to a public phone (next to the lift lobby) wasn't cleaned. 4 days still there.... amazing......

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

浜松町駅からは1㎞ぐらい歩いたような気がします。ゆりかもめの日の出駅が駅としては一番近いです。 部屋やベッド、バスルームなどはすべて並みのサイズで、可もなく不可もなしといったところ。ただデスクとベッドの頭のところにコンセントがあり、使い勝手はいいです。 何より、チェックイン、チェックアウトの際、対応したスタッフが両方とも日本人の方ではなかったのですが、大変いい対応をしていただいて、すこぶる満足です。

La stanza è relativamente grande a Tokyo. La biancheria da letto è comoda, ma i cuscini sono un po' duri. Dice che il check-in è alle cinque, ma in realtà ho chiesto alla reception che fossero le tre. Il cameriere era molto gentile e i bagagli sono stati sistemati in camera in anticipo. Non ho scelto il lato vicino al tram. Le altre direzioni sono tutte zone residenziali e non vicine alla strada principale. È molto tranquillo. È solo un po' lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ci vogliono circa dieci minuti a piedi. Il più vicino quelle sono la linea Oedo e la stazione Asakusa, la stazione Daimon sulla linea e la stazione Hamamatsucho sulla monorotaia che porta direttamente all'aeroporto di Haneda.

去年十一月份，來東京的時候，也是住在東京灣的另一外一家五星級酒店，因為該酒店隔了幾個月到三月已經漲了一倍，面彩虹橋幾乎人民幣3000多，因此選擇在隔壁的這一家酒店住日式面海房一星期，我們三人平均每晚約一千六人民幣。這也說明這個地點離竹芝地鐵走路3分鐘。坐兩站就到達新橋銀座，要到台場或者豐州市場也只要做幾站就可以。對面的辦公樓有不少的餐廳開到晚上11點。因為是櫻花季，所以去幾個賞櫻景點也都很方便走路到J R線大約十分鐘。

I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

This is a medium sized hotel near JR, Subway station and Tokyo Tower, I choose it because I have a late evening flight and I use the Monorail to come directly to the Hamamatsucho station. There are good places for eating around the area, yet the location of the hotel is quiet and not crowded. Check in is electronic but the front desk staff is very willing to help :-) The room is quite new and not too small. I have not used the breakfast service but I used the self service baggage storage rack that needs you to take back the baggage before midnight.

Questo hotel è un nuovo hotel pulito e spazioso nel quartiere commerciale di Tokyo, con un soggiorno di circa 2-7 piani di un edificio alto, ma è buono per i soldi, e l'ambiente è tranquillo e silenzioso. A lovely place with robots assisting us. Require some effort before able to check in. Glad that support from staff came almost immediately to assist. Had 2 big lugguage so opening of lugguage proves difficulty. Narrow corridor is restricted once the lugguage bag is opened. Room may be small but good enough for couple. Even though it is away from the city, transportation is easy. Just a few stops away from Daimon station.

Molto spaziosa camera. Camera familiare così tanto spazio per mangiare, dormire, lavorare. Buona attrezzatura come lavatrice privata nella stanza, oggetti di cucina, wifi, TV, ecc. molto comodo e posti per bagagli. Inoltre hanno purificatori d'aria per la stanza.
