Molto bello👍🏻Prima di tutto, lo scopo della scelta di questo hotel era vedere la vista della torre ed è stato davvero all'altezza delle nostre aspettative! Goditi la mattina presto, il tramonto, l'ora del blues e l'incomparabile vista notturna della Torre di Tokyo fino allo spegnimento delle luci alle 12, con le lacrime agli occhi! Inoltre, per perseguire la vista dall'alto, ho prenotato una tipologia di camera selezionata al 29°-31° piano. C'è anche un vantaggio inaspettato, ovvero i vantaggi del club premium, incluso il check-in gestito separatamente al 32° piano! un'area separata con ascensore e 4 giorni al giorno goditi la lounge al 32° piano in qualsiasi momento. Penso che l'orario dei cocktail sia il più utile! Ho scelto anche il servizio di colazione in camera. Poiché la tipologia di camera include la colazione, devo solo pagare un supplemento di servizio di 40 yuan a persona. Sebbene le strutture dell'hotel siano davvero un po' vecchie, hanno uno stile unico e sono completamente sufficienti! Si può dire che rimarrete soddisfatti e non lascerete rimpianti!

服務態度很好 但辦理入住及退房的僅2-3位感覺不太夠 會出現排隊比較多的情況 雖然會有幫助接待的提前詢問訂房信息分流 但依然會等比較長 lobby在高層的好處就是私密性好 去客房是專門的電梯 但不好的就是 每次出門/回來 都需要轉一次電梯 對比十一年前的住宿體驗就是感覺設施明顯的老舊了 早餐不是自助而是點餐制 菜單不清楚多久換一次 但連住的兩天是一樣的 雖然蛋的做法很多種 但前菜沙拉水果都一樣 再多吃兩天可能會有點無聊 現烤的麵包會端過來讓選 但全部是起酥和法式塔 比較油膩 自制的幾種酸奶都不錯 布丁都很甜 第一天點單的時候主食要了pancake比較正常 第二天配的waffle居然也是起酥做法 housekeeping之後的巧克力很好吃 黑巧和牛奶巧克力兩種 酒店的巧克力lobby的餐廳也有在賣 離六本木塔是個不近不遠的距離 大概一點幾公裏 走路十幾二十分鐘 能遠觀東京塔夜景

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Grande hotel e un posto fantastico per soggiornare! Front Desk Staff era fantastico! Il modo in cui mi avvicinavano con un sorriso mi ha fatto sentire “Benvenuto alla famiglia” Bevito è stato fantastico e lobby è stato WOW come un bar sportivo. Quando sono entrato nella stanza, mi sono sentito rilassato e rinfrescato per il grande giardino e la pulizia del personale di custodia. E' stato sorprendente che ci fosse tutto quello che mi serviva nella stanza. Servizi, caffè, ecc. Il bar al 9° piano ha una grande vista e un'incredibile cocktail di firma. Il personale del bar era professionale e carino! Grazie, torno indietro. L'hotel Lively mi ha mostrato grande ospite.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

Excellent staff at the front desk. Most helpful in many ways especially two gentlemen, Laxman and a gentleman whom I assume was the head at the Reception but could not capture the name. I was traveling with a leg injury and found a high level of service coming across to assist and render this journey with my son Sandro, a real good memory. Probably company culture as cleaners and supervisors displayed the same willingness and understanding. Thank you!

Il posto stesso era molto pulito e come qualcuno che è molto ricco di pulizia era grande!! Il personale era bello e il loro check-in elettronico era conveniente. La posizione è buona. Anche la sicurezza è molto buona. Potrebbe essere rinnovato, tranne per la camera, che è molto pulita. E non so perché vado tutti i giorni alla reception a ritirare il mio buono colazione. Come contromisura contro la corona, anche se è per eliminare la congestione, penso che se ottieni il numero di biglietti al momento del check-in il primo giorno, l'efficienza aumenterà. (Oppure senza buono colazione) Quando ho soggiornato in un altro hotel confortevole, è stato così bello che non ho potuto fare a meno di confrontarlo. ..!! Penso che sarebbe fantastico se avessi una posizione e dormi. La serie di tè con drink di benvenuto è deliziosa, quindi questo è ★5

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

Quando ho prenotato questo hotel, pensavo che sarebbe stato nel centro di Roppongi. Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che era ancora un po' lontano da Roppongi Hills, ma molto vicino alla Tokyo Tower. Sulla strada per la Tokyo Tower per una passeggiata, ho scoperto che dietro l'hotel c'è l'Azabutai Hills, recentemente aperto, con l'edificio più alto di Tokyo e molti negozi di lusso di grandi marche stanno per aprire. È diventato un nuovo punto di riferimento della moda Tokio! La camera dell'hotel è abbastanza grande, cosa rara a Tokyo! Guardando le foto dell'hotel, sembra un edificio alto, ma le camere sono tutte dal primo al quinto piano dell'edificio e non c'è vista.
