The overall experience at this hotel is just disappointing. Rooms are far from elegant and lack the basics of any 4 stars hotel rooms. No tissue, no water, no slippers, no laundry bags and no iron machine. The bathroom fan can't be controlled and only works every once in a while which is very embarrassing when you are sharing the bathroom with someone else. The glasses in the bathroom were not clean. We cleaned the toilet use ourselves before the 1st use cause it didn't look well cleaned. When requested from the reception they say you'd have to wait until the next morning cause the room keeping department had closed and they fail to send it the other day when asked again. The breakfast area is small and suitable for winter, but not for summer. It is indoor with no air ventilation. If you book here dreaming of having your breakfast outdoors to enjoy the air and the lack I'm sorry to disappoint you, but that won't happen. When we asked to sit outside we were told that it is not allowed although some other people were already there having their breakfast. The service is slow. The waiters are overloaded and can't afford to smile. The food offered in the breakfast buffet is average. There was only 1 kind of cheese the whole time and then a board of assorted cheese appeared on the buffet 30 minutes before closing time. There was no change of cutlery. We had to eat fruits with the same cutlery that we used for eggs. The waiter didn't seem well informed and she wasn't sure about anything. She also barely spoke English. Although everyone in the town did. The experience would have been better if the hotel was cheaper and if it was rated as 3 stars instead of 4. But, it's the high expectations that disappointed us. The hotel could definitely use a lot of reannovation and enhancements.

Hotel ben situato (attivita', a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, certo, ma davanti alla stazione quindi nessuna vista) Ho trovato la camera pulita , ma fredda e senza anima, e l'hotel molto suono (le porte che separano i corridoi dalla gabbia di scala gridano rumore, Molti vanno e vengono nei corridoi con persone a volte rumore ...j'ho dormito molto poco nonostante una lettiera molto corretta). Nessuna aria condizionata. Vista su una parete rocciosa e alcuni alberi quindi una camera poco luminosa. Non c'è piatto di cortesia per prepararsi una bevanda calda. Non c'è nemmeno un frigo.A questo prezzo, mi aspettavo di meglio. Inoltre, attento ai prezzi, sono molto variabili da un giorno all'altro (a volte 50 euro per la stessa camera) . Il colazione è vario e di qualità, c'è un distributore di bevande. È necessario sapere che la ricezione si chiude alle 16 e che non avrete più personale nell'hotel trascorrere questo orario. Quindi un rapporto qualità-prezzo medio.
